Absolutely the best!
After researching on the web, I've found this to be the best compromise. Newswear products are very well made and tuff. I can use for casual normal wear or as the perfect Strobist fanny pack mentioned in Lighting 101. It has saved my shoulders and back. I practically use everyday since I got it.

Newswear small fanny pack is a small waist pack for traveling light. It is designed to carry any 35mm camera body (without lens attached). This pouch is lined with ½" inch thick impact foam to protect the camera body. A closing flap, also padded with ½" inch foam, locks camera inside the pouch securely with large patches of Velcro. It is provided with straps on the back which allow placement of a waist belt.
