Was not happy with what otter box sent

Last year I had to replace the screen protector that was the otterBox privacy screen protector that I had bough. After working 2 years on an ambulance. Otter box told me they did not have them anymore and they would not be making them come to find out. They still made them. They sent me the one that kills germs. I am not happy to find out this one?s already cracked and I?m trying to get them to cover the one I actually purchased under the warranty.
