Great product
Have used many different cases but none seem to hold up to the work I do like otterbox. I have sent many back with free replacements they really stand behind there products.

Not Happy
The case is too big. The front looks pink and purple, not red and blue. It will not charge wirelessly. Not very happy. I miss Lifeproof. I never had any problems with any of their cases. Otter Box does not live up to their reputation.

Not Red $ Blue
Not red and blue. Flag stripes are accurate, and it looks red in the picture online, out of the box it's clearly purple and pink. Will be returning promptly for a refund. Picture is very deceiving.

Don't recommend around water
Not waterproof at all for iPhone 12 Pro Max, the back camera has a large opening since the 12 has a smaller camera than the 13. A splash of water and the water rushed into the back of the phone and down into the charging port

Will not work with ANY screen protector.
No screen protectors will work for this case. I have tried three different screen protectors and the hard inner shell pushes up on the edges of the screen protector causing it to bubble. This allows for dust and dirt to collect between the protector and the screen. Now I have to look for a new case.

Là clip casse tous temps le case de protection se déforme et il y a du lousse la seule solution es de faire une demande de garantie et de payer avec une carte de crédit que j'ai pas qui es frustrant et tu peux pas aller au magasin pour échanger j'ai le même problème que mais ancien case de protection

Survived a drop into the ocean!
Otterbox is simply the best. I had my Iphone max pro 12 in an otter box when it fell off my backpack and into the ocean. It was tossed by two waves and it took me 2 minutes to get it out as the sea tried to claim it. I ripped off the otter box and shoved the naked phone in my pocket so my body heat would dry it as i finished the hike. The phone is fine. Phenomenal. It has also withstood many dicey drops onto hard surfaces. THIS is why I remain brand loyal to Otterbox. The cell phone os too important and expensive to trust to cheap protection.

Butterfinger proof!!
This case is excellent. I've been using Otterbox for the last 10 years and I've never been disappointed. I have butterfingers and drop my phone at least once a day. My phone is in pristine condition. Not one scratch or ding. As a result, I've used the lifetime warranty on each of my phones at least once, which has also proved to be the best program/warranty for phone cases. After about 2 years of every day use and drops, I've only had to replace my case once for this particular phone. There are no downsides. Also comes w/o an attached screen protector which is better than initial models of the defender series for older iPhone models (4, 5s etc). This allows me to keep a nice, fresh pristine glass screen protector which has no impurities and doesn't yellow (the old built in screen protectors would get yellow and cloudy over time). The defender case works so well I've only had to replace my screen protector once as well and that was only as a result of dropping my phone down several flights of concrete stairs.

Defective product
"As a loyal customer of Otterbox cases since the iPhone 4, I've observed a decline in the quality of the defender series cases over the years. Regrettably, my personal experience has proven that the cases just don't last as long as they used to. I've had to replace at least one or two per year. It's unfortunate to see the drop in quality, and I hope that the company can improve its standards in the future.
