not the best

it's a nice case i like it but everytime my phone is dropped it comes off my phone and my screen protector gets damaged. I've had several different otterbox cases and they offer a lot more protection and don't come off as easily. 3 stars because it is a good brand but this case probably is just not the best option.

Incorrect items

I recently upgraded from a first generation IPhone Se to an IPhone 12. When the case and holster arrived, the case was to big as well as the holster. I returned both back to you with an explanation of what was wrong and asked for a correction of this problem and I still have not heard anything. Both items were ordered on 12/11/23 and returned the next day. Your help with correcting this problem would be greatly.
