Great protection and belt clip. Glad you still make this model. Prefer a color, rather than black, but just happy that I have a new Otterbox for my phone. The old one wore out after 3 years of heavy use.

It is heavy duty but it does not have MagSafe charging so I can't even use the charger I bought.

I am unable to get my phone into the new case. There are no written instructions, just unlabeled pictures. Since my phone has crackling on the back, I won't force it (And it doesn't make sense that that would be required anyway!). I'll ask the tech to put my phone in the new OtterBox when he does the phone repair.

Fits great, durable. I drop my phone more than I'd care to admit and I knew an Otterbox was going to be my best bet after numerous recommendations. Happy I got it and my phone is too. Shipping was fast.

I've been using otterbox cases on my phones for decades. They are by far the best cases on the market in my opinion. The warranty is outstanding and the process to file a claim is 100% painless. Cheers.

I bought defender pro from target. The case losses it's form after 2 months of usage. The rubber is coming out of place. It is also not pure MagSafe case, it intermittently losses the connection. Image attached of the loose design

Quality of materials has dropped from the Otterbox's I've used in the past. On the iPhone 13 Pro, the "flaps" that allow access to the ringer switch and to plug in the power cord are CHEAP and after only 3-4 month are beginning to separate from the body of the case. I will be submitting a warranty claim. We'll see how that goes... I've been a fan of Otterbox for decades, but may need to look at more reliable options...if quality, fit and function have been compromised...

I thought I would be getting a case that fit my phone. Part of my power button was under the plastic part of the case and half the time would hold my power button down making it impossible to shut my phone off or turn the sound up or down it would also make Siri come on non stop. My mute switch was also under the plastic and the box says 13 pro. Worst product it is not 13 pro compatible. Returned the next day to my local phone carrier.

I purchased the defender case the within an hour of purchasing my iphone. I have only had it 4 months now and the screen is cracked. Never had the case or screen protector off of it. The screen protector (ZAGG) was cracked. When best buy geek squad went to replace it, we noticed the screen itself was cracked. It?s going to cost almost $400 to replace the screen. Having this bulky case did nothing for me.

Fit my 13pro well for the first month or two. I take my phone out of the case maybe once a month to clean the ports and inside of the case because I live in a sandy area and am outside in it quite a bit. After the third or fourth cleaning the entire rubberized backing of the case is so loose on the phone that it sticks out enough to trap air behind it and I feel it constantly when using the phone. Additionally the top right corner of the rubberized portion of the case is so loose that it?s barely hanging onto the plastic portion of the case (which has been flawless). I?m 32 years old, I?m careful with what I own because I work for my money and I?ve had iPhones since the original iPhone came out, I?ve used cases from otter, life proof, spigen, speck, etc., and I?ve never had a case wear down/stretch out this fast. I love otter box cases and I?ll be buying another in the near future but if so we?re you I?d choose a case with a plastic backing vs rubberized. With the size of these modern phones and the fact that all of our pockets are still the same tiny size, they just don?t mix well and lead to pre-mature deterioration of the case with completely regular usage.

The old defender truly had raised edges and that case was amazing. I had an iPhone 5, yes, 5 for MANY YEARS with no damage to case or phone after many years and many drops. In just a few months, after some drops the outer blue case pulls away. Also, the camera isn?t protected enough. I have a glass protector on it, that was already cracked once as was my screen protector on a different drop from the one just described. Please bring back cases that actually protect the phone.

i absolutely love otterbox cases, they have always kept my phone safe. the best case i ever had though was from my iphone 7 with a built in screen protector. the screen protectors now are difficult to put on and they always have a bubble or two. i love this case but i wish it had a built in screen protector. thank you otterbox for making great products
