Great purchase! I bought this product to replace another case that had cracked. I was also having trouble with the charging port on my phone because I keep my phone in my pocket and that port was filled up with fuzz. The tablet covers the charging port on my phone is one of the reasons that I bought this OtterBox.

I ordered the OtterBox on 7 JAN 2024, it is now 28 JAN 2024 and I still don't have it. Was shipped on UPS and last tracking was scanned out of Colorado in transit to Smyrna, TN. Tracking tells me everyday that it's expected to be delivered by 7:00 pm since 12 Jan 2024. Not sure if I will ever receive it!!!!

Do not purchase any New Defender Cases. I'm on my second Defender Series Pro (Blue no longer available) . The outer rubber stretches and no longer supports the inner case and phone. Im going on my third case in less then 6 months. I only use the holster as if you put in your pocket it will stretch out sooner. I have a Defender for an old LG v4 and the outer rubber is silicone and is still in good shape and has not ever needed to be replaced. This case sucks and under warranty its $10.00 every time you have to replace a defective poorly manufactured case. My bet is that the case only costs $10 or less to manufacture. The warranty is worthless.

This case fell apart within 1 yr. Plastic clip is weak and breaks easily. Does not protect the screen. Thank god I have a protective screen on it which cracked after 1st drop.

I bought this Otter box for my iPhone 13 Pro Max and it has done such an amazing job!! I've dropped it multiple times, especially getting in and out of my truck and no damages on my phone what so ever!! Did not even crack the screen protector. I ended up ordering another one today in a different color because I love how durable these cases are!! I high recommend getting this case!!

Since upgrading to an iPhone 13 Pro Max, I have had nothing but issues when it comes to the Defender series. I had purchased two cases from the website, and have had to go through the warranty process at least twice between them. The silicone cover starts to peel away after just a couple months. By the 6 month point, it is practically falling off the case and inhibits the drop protection it advertises. The Defender series quality is nothing like what it used to be. For a case that has not been dropped and rarely kept inside a pocket, it does not stand the test of time anything like what it used to. I have had Otterbox Defender cases since my iPhone 6, and have never had any issues. Now with the 13 series cases, I cannot get through 8 months without having to submit a warranty claim. Very disappointed with my purchase(s).

I got the Otterbox Defender for my iphone 6 and then for my iphone 12 pro max and the one for the 12 is terrible. It's been a little over 2 yrs since I got it. Within the first 2 months the rubber was already deforming and becoming loose. The covers for the charging port and the silence switch have both fallen off. The corners of the case are deformed so that the rubber can't grip into the plastic grooves. The case isn't raised above the front face or the camera enough to prevent damage. Both my screen protector and camera lens protectors which I had to buy separately cracked from drops that were only 3 ft or less from a hardwood floor. Today the hard plastic casing just straight up failed after falling flat on the hardwood floor. The design itself seems to be the opposite of the iphone 6 series of defenders which had the rubber inner and hard plastic outter. Instead this goes with the hard plastic on the inside and rubber on the outside which doesn't really make sense to me. Any deformation to the hard plastic inner means the outer shell becomes more loose. I had the iphone 6 for much longer and never had any issues like this in the 4 years I used it.
