Great case - questionable warranty
Love the case?warranty - questionable I was charged $50+for a replacement that was supposed to be a warranty replacement.

Not a Great Case.
I'm very upset. My phone slipped out of my pocket a week after putting on a brand new otter box and the entire back glass shattered. Phone has been dropped several times before in much cheaper cases with no similar damage.

excellent otterbox !!!!!
the otterbox 13 Pro Max Works perfectly on my iPhone. I feel it's giving me the most protection possible on my phone. I have dropped it several times and it has thoroughly protected my phone without doing any damage to the Otterbox unit. !

Disappointed
I'm a die hard Otterbox fan but I've got to admit.. I'm disappointed. I love all my Otterbox Defenders bcuz they don't slide around. This was the only case I could find to replace my defective defender that was gaping around my camera lens?so disappointed

This case fit my 13 pro max perfectly! It's not bulky. My wireless charger works with it. And IT'S SOOOO PRETTY!!!

Defective case??
Bought this case at Walmart for my iPhone 13 Pro Max phone fell off the table and shattered all the back even part of case broke the side of it came apart. Don't know if it was defective or what but now need to get my phone sent out to Apple to get replaced

would not recommend
clear case turned yellow after using it about 2 mo. The case buttons parts are just plastic finish so the consistent friction will cause some damage to the surface of phone's volume and power buttons.

Worst purchase EVER!
Don't waste your time with this piece of junk! Drop my phone once in this case and it shattered to pieces! I have had less expensive cases and they held up. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY FOR THE HEARTBREAK AND TIME THIS WILL COST YOU IN REPLACING YOUR PHONE!!!!

Overpriced for No Protection Guarantee
I got the 12 pro max symmetry clear blue case with my new phone a couple of years ago. While it protected my phone, particularly my screen and the sides, it did not protect the back of it. I woke up at 7:30 in the morning, placed the phone on my maybe 4 foot tall bathroom counter, and it fell right off. I went to go pick up the phone and the entire back of it shattered. including the glass around the cameras. it did NOT protect my phone well, and it does not come with a protection guarantee like the new case I just purchased. NOT worth the money.

do not buy expecting protection
bought this thinking it was as safe as the defender case s i have always used. it isnt. dropped iphone 13 promax nad it shattered. still works but not impressed

iPhone 12 Pro Max Symmetry Plus Camo cover
I purchased the iPhone 12 Pro Max Symmetry Plus Camo cover for my phone so I could use the Apple MagSafe charger. I was happy to find the Camo design, as this is what I had previously, but that cover did not work with the MagSafe charger. I am happy to say that it works perfectly, and the orange buttons make it easier to locate them at a glance. This is a definite recommendation for the MagSafe alternative cover.

OtterBox Symmetry+ for the win
Using on iPhone 13 Pro Max. Started out with similarly designed Apple case. Changed to OtterBox within 6 months. The Symmetry+ has much better touch and feel - not slippery like Apple case. It is more durable and has a compact profile. It works well with Mag charging and removable Mag PopSockets if you desire more grip control. Used this style of case on previous iPhones, so I didn't hesitate to come back to the design once they included Mag charging.

Don't drop your phone
Got the teal colored one at Target. Phone dropped flat on back from table less than 36" and the whole back shattered. Would not recommend.

I just received my second OtterBox , I'm a very clumsy guy , I drop my phone left to right and let me tell you this case been a lifesaver! The amount of times I thought my phone was done for is crazy, the protection this case provides is incredible !! That being said , I highly recommend this product for ALL clumsy MEN like myself !! And woman of course who are less clumsy than we are ?? , THANK YOU OTTERBOX !!!

So disappointed
I got this for my husband as the first otter box case that he had was an otter+ pop one left over from when it was my phone; he wanted to switch because obviously it was a little girly for his taste. The old one was a fantastic case though; he works construction so his phone has taken some tumbles and didn't have so much as a scratch on it. Well, fast forward to the very day he got this one. It took a normal tumble from a low height and the back camera shattered. The very next day, another minimal tumble. His entire screen AND the back of the phone are totaled. I can't even put into words how disappointed I am. It feels like this case is only to prevent scratches? Because it DEFINITELY cannot handle drops. If I could give this zero stars, I would.
