The only problem I have with the cover is the sparkles are really hard to see. It mostly appears clear.

the sides are seperating from the back in less than 6 months. This is a warranty replacement for another case that had the same issue. $9.99 for a replacement that lasts 6 months, not worth it.

So I got this exact phone case about a year ago and it is such a good phone case, it works wonderful. Now it does yellow on the sides but that doesn't bother me. What does is the bottom where the charging port is and where the volume/power button is will tend to weald and shape away from the phone and eventually come apart.

I bought this to replace my last otter box case (exact same one) after the corner on my initial case snapped off. I figured I'd rather replace a case than replace a phone and the case was a year old, so I figured it was time. The case was delivered on August 29th. Not even 10 days later, on September 6th, I dropped my phone and the back glass completely shattered. It shattered the entirety of the back up to the camera and down to the charging port. I'm afraid to take the case off because of glass shards. I called OtterBox claim warranty and the customer service team was incredibly remorseful. However, the company policy states they only offer warranty on their products. The manager later offered to refund the case and send me a new case with a free screen protector. This is not a good company policy. I have stood by OtterBox since 2014 and I am so disappointed. I am having to shell out $350 because I was given a defective phone case? I am absolutely flabbergasted that a brand new case could leave my phone so unprotected. I wish OtterBox had exceptions for situations like this. I believe a 30-day total warranty (to rebate the price of the repair) would be extremely fair.

My wife bought this last year for almost $40. It is less than a year old and the area around the volume buttons is completely stretched out and the clear case is now yellowed. Our choice was to play another $10 for a warranty replacement or just toss it out and buy one that works. We spent the $10, which is really only relevant as the principle of it, but will never buy another Otterbox overpriced plastic phone case.

Great case, but do not recommend purchasing the clear case. The case yellowed after just 2 months and looks terrible. I am sure functionally it still works but visually it is unacceptable.

This clear symmetry cover turned yellow on the side edges within a few months. It looks dirty since it is over a white phone, not the effect I was looking for. I have had it 18 months and all 4 corners are broken/shattered/chipped from normal use and dropping phone a few times. I have had many cases I have been happy with over the years from Otterbox, and this one is not holding up at all. I am afraid my phone will now get damaged, there is very little protection left and I will have to buy another case already.

After less than a year it became flimsy along the edges making the charging port difficult to access with standard chargers. I would expect better durability.

I've only had this case for a bit over a year when I bought a new phone. Since then, the protective plastic peeled off so the design has worn off and the case broke near the volume buttons and charging port after dropping my phone. The design is pretty, easy to put on, and sleek, but it doesn't last.

I love the way this case looks with my green iPhone! I'm very tough on my phones and this one is still like new! The edge of the case provides a nice "bumper" around the phone, and slightly on top to prevent mishaps?.but it's still thin enough to fit in the slim phone pocket of my purse.

My brother and i both got this case for our new phones and started to separate where the hard plastic meets the softer rubber within 6 months. All over the case. The bottom where the charger port is was the worst coming off completely. The volume buttons are often rendered useless because the case was no longer fitting my phone so the buttons couldn't be pressed without adjusting the rubber. The quality has significantly deteriorated since i first started using otter-box nearly 10 years ago. Very sad these cases are no longer reliable especially with how expensive they are.

Love the colour, but still unsure. I'm afraid it will break. It is a very slippery and hard plastic on the outside, and almost feels like there will be no give If I drop the phone. I would not buy this type of case again and wish I knew it was this kind of case before I bought, I would have purchase a different case.
