Bought a new IPhone 13 otterbox cover & doesn't properly fit the phone. Won't stay on & partially covers my camera

Dropped my phone off of a roller coaster
I dropped my phone off of the fastest wooden roller in America this summer. It was completely fine! Not even a crack on the screen! I already knew that this case was really good, but now I will not be using anything else.

Don't buy it unless you got infinite time to spend
It said that the product would arrive in 2 or 3 days it took a month. I returned it weeks ago and still no refund or contact back to check in with what happened.

Old reliable
Bought this brand because I used an otter box for a previous phone and was pleased with the quality and durability. Does a great job at keeping my phone safe and secure. Very slim and has a great feel!

Color is great, the case is not.
This case isn't appealing to the touch. Its hard outer surface leaves your phone sliding around. Another design flaw is that the hard case doesn't wrap around entirely encasing the phone which leaves the small bit of rubbery case on the front side to easily come away from the phone exposing it. The only part of this case that is nice is the color combination.

Disappointed in product
For a case, it works fine. I used to use life proof and I thought that this one would be similar. It is not. The non-plastic material has picked up the color of my pants/pocket and it discolored after less than a month. I would not purchase again.

Otter Box Case
Very rugged case. It is built to take a beating. The only issue that I had was I ordered for an Iphone 13 and I have an Iphone 13 Pro. There is a difference. My fault not the companies.

Customer service was helpful
My son's commuter case half of the back plastic snap off. After doing a review, OtterBox reached out. Destiny at customer service is sending me a new one for a small shipping charge. Hoping this one holds up better.

Back cover plastic broke off
My son had a Commuter case before and it lasted over 3 years. This one is about a 18 months old and a chunk of the back plastic broke off! Now the back of the phone is not completely covered, just the under covering part. The hard plastic is now very brittle and breaks easily. The iphone is no longer fully protected.

Pretty much the same as a previous otterbox I used on an older phone. I like some of the additional textures on the back and sides.

This case fit on my iphone 13 very well. It does the job well and I am pleased. Fits in my back pocket nicely without adding too much bulk to the phone. I've dropped my phone several times since putting it on, and it's saved it from damage.

This Case is a Trooper
I have had a lot of phone cases in my lifetime, but this case endured the most damage I have ever seen. I was cutting grass and dropped the phone through the motor and through the blades. The only damage the phone sustained was a burn spot on the screen and a small scratch on the side. Amazing! Will be buying this case again.

Nearly perfect
Love everything about this case except the little plastic piece above the covered charging port keeps breaking. I've bought a second one and eventually it snapped on one side too. Normally this wouldn't be an issue but when that piece breaks, it leaves a sharp edge. Other than that this case has provided the promised protection.

Great case, lousy shipping
The Commuter phone case is great! Relatively slim while still providing the protection I expect from Otterbox. However, shipping was a problem. The site did not make it clear that Standard (Free) shipping uses USPS for final delivery. USPS delivery is erratic and the tracking was incorrect. At first tracking said delivery had been made on Saturday (it hadn't). Then it said delivery was scheduled for Thursday (even after it arrived on Tuesday). I would never have chosen Standard shipping if I had known USPS would be involved.

I purchased this iPhone 13 commuter case thinking it was magsafe charger compatible, because that is what it says on OtterBox website. Only to receive it and the MagSafe charger just just to find out the two items don't work with each other.

Worst OtterBox Ever!
I've bought two of the same case (I didn't know about the warranty) and both have broken in the same place! The functionality of the case is ruined. I haven't even had this case for a year. Super disappointed!
