Love the colors and the protection! The only thing that is a little frustrating is the charger cover, because it can be difficult to move back when I need to charge.

I have had for a couple weeks now dropped and landed screen side down and shattered the screen protector. My Defender Pro that never happened!! This is thinner but I prefer the Defender Pro it works better.

Had for only 3 months before the covering for the charger port was torn.. the case overall protects the phone, but lacks the otterbox quality that I am used to. Switched immediately back over to commuter which is more sturdy, less heavy and bulky..

I love my case for my phone. It is a perfect fit and has already saved my phone from several drops. Only problem I have is with the protective glass that I bought for it. It did not lay flat and I have several ghost spots where it is not adhering to the phone glass well.

Difficult to put on, but worth it if it means the case won't stretch. Some people complain about the hard plastic back (vs the soft plastic in the normal Defender) but I actually like it better, even if it does slide a tiny bit on surfaces because it is more durable and won't stretch, and makes the MagSafe experience better. The case adheres to various MagSafe products and chargers very well-- which I understand is rare for cases this thick/protective. The charging port cover is excellent, and doesn't put any pressure on cables like the traditional Defender/Commuter flap does. I was initially taken aback by the price, but I can justify it because I know the case might save me from having to repair/replace a damaged phone down the road and because Otterbox actually honors their warranty. The one problem with the case is that the mute switch cutout makes turning mute off easy enough, but turning it back on almost impossible if you don't have long fingernails. But overall, five stars.

I bought the defender series xt with mag safe for my iPhone 13 pro max. no holster...they did send a note for buying one for the price of shipping....so i paid the $5 and got the holster....the phone is loose in the holster and falls out very easily....maybe that's why they didn't send one with it!!!!

Been an otter box fan for years. Disappointed in this package. Bought the defender XT with mag safe options. Thought it came with an option for a holster. Chat was useless. Is there a holster for this case.

I have been an OtterBox user since the inception of the company. All of my iPhones, iPads use otter boxes. However I?ve never been so dissatisfied with the lack of engineering details and overall horrible ingenuity. The phone is extremely slippery I?m having to use skateboard tape in certain areas around the rear of the phone and even parts of the edges in order to just be able to hold the phone. There?s no reason why there?s no texture on the rear or on the sides. Both rubber and poly carbonate can handle texture and when holding a $1500 device you should take every step possible and every measure to make sure that that protection starts in your hand with a solid grip. I have never been so dissatisfied with a case. The overall design , the way that it assembles and disassembles, the lack of stability in the hand and not just mine but everyone that I have let hold the phone in the case and apparently others writing similar reviews this feels more like a $15 case I expect this type of quality from Walmart not a boutique firm like OtterBox. I?m stuck with the case because there really aren?t that many other options? I?m assuming that?s going to change now that competitors see what you guys have put out. Hoping the skateboard tape fixes the issues but it?s ridiculous that I spend this kind of money to have to modify a case . If you need help with engineering maybe ask your users?

I'm beyond pleased with this case as it protects better than any other I've tried. Mag Safe charging works perfectly! The unhappy reviews are from people who don't know how to properly put their iPhone into the XT...first, use your fingernail to locate and pry back the top colored rubber border (except same color rubber on black model), then reach in and distach and pull out the thin black plastic frame that snaps onto the case back. Place the iPhone into the back of the case. Now lift up a corner piece of the rubber border and work the thin black plastic frame under it, snapping it back onto the case base. It takes a little practice and time, but this is the best case that exists for the new iPhone! I bought all three colors.

Finally a case that meets the standard of Defender with a thinner design. The difference is huge and it makes carrying it a lot more comfortable. I always use the holster to carry my phone. Make sure to get the holster designed for the Defender Series XT, not the Defender. I've seen a poor review in which they used the holster for the Defender and naturally it was too big. Oh, works great with Magsafe products!

Case to slippery, slick NO GRIP. Went back to the old one, this one went into the drawer. I would only recommend if your phone is only going to be laying on a flat surface all the time and you are using a bluetooth.

I spent way too much time shopping for a case, but I am rough on my phone. I am happy with this purchase. It is rugged and I like that it has a bit of a lip that lifts the camera lenses off of whatever surface it rests on.

I was always a fan of the Defender. But this one is crap. The texture of the case is really slippery. Even worse on a cold day with cold hands. Constantly slipping through my hands and even when I put it on my dashboard leaning, it always slips and falls flat. Worse case composition ever. This only applies to the MagSafe case. Other Defenders are great but no MagSafe charging. I can?t believe the company though this was a great product
