The case I received was without magnet. I accidentally dropped phone and the shield cracked and two shards in my thumb. Never before have I had problems with the cases. I trusted Otterbox. Now I do not.

I was in a high impact accident and my phone went flying off the phone mount in my car due to the impact of the accident. My phone came out of that accident unscathed only a few scratches to the case. Truly the best case I ever bought.

The Symmetry Series is my go-to. The reliable protection of an Otterbox, the slim stylish fashion cover. This is probably the 10th one I've purchased over the years. They do tend to get dirty and banged up but I don't mind. I'll keep buying them.

This is the worst Otterbox case I have bought to date. Within a week, I had cracks in the screen cover in two corners of my phone. In less than two weeks, the soft shell bulged around the side buttons on both sides and does not shrink back. It comes apart at the bottom frequently and is difficult to put back together. My other Otterbox covers lasted for years, but this one didn't even make two weeks. It costs too much to perform this poorly.

Absolutely not a protective case my husbands phone slipped out of his hand at waist height and hit the ground while in this case, approximately a 3' drop, and the back of his phone completely shattered?$500 later he got his phone repaired and sadly Otterbox does nothing to stand behind their claims of being drop proof. Very disappointed and won't be getting another Otterbox case again.

Decent case but pointless. iPhone 12 does not charge through this case with Belkin BoostCharge Pro (Brand New). I thought the entire point of the MagSafe was so that it would hold the phone and be able to charge it. Without the case the phone charges fine.

I've used this same case for years before magsafe came out and it was very hard to take off of my phone. The corners never came undone but now that the magsafe has been added, I am constantly having to pop the corners of the case back onto my phone.

Case works like a charm. I had something else...though everytime I dropped my phone, which is often, my last case got a little worse for wear. The OtterBox Symmetry Series is more solid, a little heavier, but not material...my iphone will be safe, which means I'll have a phone last as long as I'd like to keep it (not the other way around)

This strawberry pink case is a very cute, bright, feminine color. It is otter box tough with a very tight fit to my iPhone. This attractive case is easy to see and matches my wardrobe nicely!

I bought this case with my brand new phone on 12/31/21, and a couple days ago (2/20/22 I noticed the rim closest to the screen is already darkening and turning yellowish gray. I am confused because this case is supposed to be antimocrobial. I tried cleaning it and no dirt or residue came off. Kinda stinks that my case is less than two months old and it?s already not as pretty anymore.

I have had this case in black for about 6 months and at first the case was good, the phone has now become lose inside the case and when held you can feel the phone moving inside the case

Purchased the transparent red symmetry plus. I LOVE the look of this case. Reminds me of the transparent tech of the late 90's/early 00's. Magnets in the case are strong and work great with my Magsafe charger and Popsocket.

I was excited to get this as I have an iPhone 13 that I use everyday. I took the old case off and put the new one on. It works like a charm and helps keep my iPhone 13 charged. However sometimes a slight bump can bump it the wrong way and know it off and it will keep it from charging. So it has to be dead center on the charger to charger or pretty close to it. Other then that it?s an amazing case with MagSafe charging

I really liked this case when I bought it. It's pretty, simple, and the sparkles are subtle. I have dropped my phone numerous times without damage to the phone or even the glass screen cover. The case works well with my apple magnetic charger. The unfortunate part is that my clear case is already turning yellow after only 3 months since purchase. I know this is common with clear cases, but I did't expect it to turn yellow so soon.

I absolutely love this Symmetry Series Clear Case. It is stylish yet durable, I accidentally dropped my phone on my hardwood floors with this case on and it was protected my phone from damage. It easily fits on my phone without having to struggle to get it on and off, so they can easily be changed out. Definitely recommend this!

I love my new case for my iPhone. It's clear and does not take away from the beautiful design of the iPhone. The magnetic massage is extra convenient. The phone doesn't slide around while it's charging.

I got this case to try out for our new phone. It was cool and clear. Thought it would be thicker for more protection but it worked. Guess thickness doesn't equate better protection. I've dropped it a couple of times and no damage. So I'm happy with it

I like that this case is clear so I can see the beautiful color of my phone and not cover it up. It?s also very convenient to have a MagSafe case so that I can charge my phone wirelessly with the case still on it. Even though it feels very strong and durable, it doesn?t feel rigid or plastic like other cases. It is a little thicker, so you?re not going to get a very slim profile, but if you want protection this is the way to go. I haven?t dropped the phone yet to test it, but I feel confident that the case will keep my phone from cracking or denting. I really hate that all the clear MagSafe cases show the magnetic ring but I?m not sure that?s avoidable. But it?s a very good case - highly recommend.

I love this case. Very slim and clear so I can see the phone color I bought. But the best part is that it works with the MagSafe charger. previously, I would have to remove my case and lay my phone on top, but this is a great way to keep the phone protected at all times.
