The reason I?m ranking this one star, is that the protective outer case when used with the screen protection, pushes against the screen protection and lifts it in one corner. You?d think that these two products would be compatible since I purchased both from Otter Box, but they?re not!

I have had the glass protector for a bit over a month and it is a dust magnet-dust gets under the glass, consequently, the image does not have the clarity expected on iphone. I have pulled the glass protector off but there does not seem to be a way to clean the underside, the part that is sticking to the Iphone.  I put the cover back on but I will continue to shop for a better cover.

The alpha glass screen protector cracked on day three, and I hadn?t even dropped my phone.  For $39.95, this is a big disappointment.

I bought this screen protector and within a week dust and other particles have somehow managed to get under the glass and when I had to remove it to clean the screen it wouldn?t work anymore trying to place it back

Not great

I bought this for my new phone, and on day one of using my new phone, it slipped off my lap while sitting in a chair onto a wooden floor (<2ft drop and cracked in 3+ places. Luckily my screen was intact and my phone was unscratched (I stand by Otterbox cases, always) but this screen protector was the worst purchase. I have bought many glass screen protectors for cheaper online and never had an issue, so at this price, my protector should not be broken on day 1 after a small fall. Unfortunately my only option is to submit a warranty claim and pay to have a new protector shipped to me, but I don't want to pay shipping to get another poor quality protector. I love Otterbox cases, but this screen protector was a bad purchase.

Worst Screen Protector

It took a 1 foot high slide off of my lap, and immediately split the screen in half. Alpha Glass, more like Beta Glass.

Screen protective film is underwhelming

Purchased on 10-14-21 and today is 10-26-21, noticed a few days ago that it was not adhering to upper right corner.  It has continued and now about 1/3 is loose.  Yes it would be covered by warranty, but they charge $6.99 S&H to replace it.  I purchased it to use with the Otterbox Defender case.

Nothing compares to the OtterBox when it comes to protection for your phone. The Otterbox is easy to put together. The protective screen is very clear and sensitive to your touch when you are touching the screen. Most important, your phone is protected should you ever drop it. I highly recommend OtterBox!

Since I have had a cell phone I have used Otter covers and very satisfied. Two weeks after I received this cover the Glass screen protector cracked

Disappointed

Unfortunately the product did not hold up on my new iPhone 13. My phone just fell forward from being propped up. (NOT Dropped from a high distance or flown out of something. Since its under warranty its getting replaced.

Broken within 3 weeks of getting it

Protected my screen - but broke with one drop! So take that as you will!

Broke within a week

After less than a month of use the screen protector bubbled up. Contacted customer support and they put in an order for a new one but has yet to ship. I hope the new one will last longer than this one. Sad to see that they no longer offer the defender series with an integrated screen protector like they have for the older iPhone models, those lasted me for years.

Bubbles up within a month

New case for a new phone. Glass and defender case ordered together, I applied the glass in the phone store when I had my service transferred. Nice to have a coach, but wouldn?t be hard to do on my own. Getting the tiniest specks of lint off is no joke, though.

Works great so far

Had a few glass protectors before but nothing stands to the Otter Alpha Glass screen protector. Fits just perfect and easy to place with the kit provider.

I had a otter box case on my old IPhone 6 and older IPad. Purchased the case for my new IPhone 13 and when I replace my old IPad I will be purchasing another Otter Box case for it.

The Best

I have been a customer of Otter Box for many years.  The Alpha Glass I purchased fit too tightly for the Otter Box case and immediately developed a bubble to the side that has grown to cover 1/3rd of the screen after less than 1 month of using the product. While I paid for the warranty service replacement, I am doubtful that a replacement of the same screen will fix the issue.

Awesomeness!!

At the suggestion of Otterbox, i purchased the Alpha glass.  I carefully followed the instructions and the glass adhered to the iPhone 13 perfectly with no bubbles.....or so i thought.  The minute i put the iPhone 13 with the glass installed into the new defender case, 2 mid-sized bubbles appeared on the edges.  When i removed the Defender, they disappeared.  I contacted Ottorbox and they were useless.  No suggestions on how to fix.  They assumed i made an error in the installation(i didn't) and would not even accept my suggestion that the Defender case was too tight and thereby creating stresses on the attached glass.  As an Aerospace engineer, this is a very plausible answer.  All Otterbox did was offer a replacement.  When i asked for a refund, the wanted to charge me $5 shipping to send the glass back to them.I have been at otter box customer since they began making the Defender for iPhones.  I am sad to say, they have lost me as a customer.  Please take m concern seriously.  You had a great product and a great reputation......until you started cheapening your product and ignoring customer feedback.
