Packaging oops
Great product. Execution could be improved. The packaging had malfunctioned - part of the cardboard box liner was stuck to the glass, which rendered the alignment mechanism useless. The application therefore had to be manual, which is much harder to do well.

Be Careful as You Only Get One Shot
Follow the directions carefully and you will be okay. Check for any debris and check two more times before you apply the screen because you will not have a second chance.

OtterBox is the way to go!

makes the job easy
Very easy to put on. The contraption at first looked complicated, but if you follow the direction, it was easy to center the screen protector.

What happened?
This product worked great for about a year. Until i dropped it on a rocky surface, nothing sorry to worry about because it has happened before. I picked up my phone and there was small crack with lots of tiny lines around it. I took off the screen protector after I realized my front camera was cracked, only to be in shock as the screen protector took no damage.

Did not work out as expected
I bought this product thinking maybe if I spent some more money then it would work better than the less expensive ones I buy. Same old problem. Still had a bubble the next day and then I noticed it did have a spec. So I removed the glass and within seconds the whole thing had dust particles all over. I ended up throwing it all out in the trash. The shipping took too long and the product is too expensive.

After following the instructions to a T, I unfortunately was able to get a spec of dust between the alpha glass!!! Annoying!!! So frustrating that I paid that much only to have that flaw.

Protector causes issues with phone usage
The Glass Screen Protector provides the privacy I desire; however, I have noticed that due to the additional thickness, it has caused some issues when receiving calls and using the number pad.

Ok if you know what you are doing.
Hard to install. I had bubbles under the protector due to my installation skills. The protector covered the majority of the screen except for a small portion where the camera is located. I wanted full coverage. I returned the case and received a refund. Customer service at OtterBox is great.

So disappointed
Alignment tool was a breeze to use. The flexible screen fits my iPhone 13 perfectly. I'm only giving this product three stars because after paying $40 I can't get it to lay flat on my phone. I've tried numerous times to get the air bubbles out, but unsuccessful.

Cracked screen within a week!
I put this screen on my phone and not even a week later, I dropped my phone like I usually do because I'm clumsy which is why I choose Otterbox and my protector screen is already cracked. It did it's job by not cracking my actual screen but I didn't think it would crack so easily.

Edge sealing issues
It's alright this is my second screen protector but this is the second time that the edge is coming up on it. Still works great but isn't what I enjoy looking all the time

Exceptional service
My phone was on my kitchen counter and a metal object fell from the wall and shattered both my screen saver and phone screen. We contacted Otterbox and within days, I received a screen replacement for the cost of shipping and a technician came to my place of work and replaced the shattered phone screen for no charge within an hour.

Works great, last a long time
Sits flat on the phone, doesn't rip or shatter easily at all. Installation has improved a lot from past products... SO much easier to install and goes on easily without bubbles. As a parent, this is a must have to be able to trust my kids with my phone.

Years of being part of the case. Why change it?
It was a pain for me to put on and get it straight. I can't get all the air bubbles out. I've used OtterBox cases on every iPhone I've ever owed and loved them all until now. The screen protector has always been a part of the case. I rather it not be a separate part but I still feel it's necessary to have to protect my iPhone as much as possible because it's with me every minute of my workday. I always use the Defender Series case. I'm not happy with this one but I will still use it.

Just Okay.
Bought for a new iPhone 13. The application process was easy however, after applying I discovered dust/ particles on my phone screen that was on the sticky side of the screen (manufacturing error). I've also noticed the edges peeling up/ not sticking. I bought Otterbox since products before have been very reliable, not sure about this one.

Goes on easy using the process provided however can be lifted by putting your new case on. Only 1 per box so can?t redo.
