Possible manufacturing defect, or mishandled in packaging which led to 3 very distinct indentations in the protector itself. It will still serve its purpose I suppose.

This is for an iPhone12 ProMax for sure but slightly off for the iPhone13.

I took the glass out of the box and use the equipment sent to place the glass on my phone. It doesn?t stick in all areas on the phone. I have tried to contact the company but haven?t received a reply as of today.

I love the product not sure how the antimicrobial works but the screen protector definitely protects my phone. I love otter box and the warranty they provide on their products.

I purchased this about two and a half weeks ago and I love the protection it provides for my iPhone 13?s Pro Max screen. When I installed the Alpha Glass on my phone, it appears that a speck of dust, maybe a tiny granule of sand, got between the Alpha Glass and the iPhone screen, which is keeping me from removing the air bubble on the extreme lower left hand corner of the screen. After I clean the screen everyday, I keep attempting to try and push the air bubble off the screen. It appears to move closer to the end, then comes back to the way it was, so be extremely careful when applying the Alpha Glass to your phone. There were a few air bubbles and I was able to remove them as per instructions. It is so much better than the plastic screen that came with my iPhone 6 OtterBox Defender case, where water would leak through the plastic screen edges as it aged. I love this product and would recommend it to all my friends for all around protection, along with the OtterBox cases.
