Prefer to have a rubber back. Buttons are hard to push. Difficult to find a Magsafe with rubber back.

Not enough grip for someone who has carpel tunnel, so it hurt my hands. I returned it 2.5 - 3 weeks ago but have yet to receive my refund, and it's hard to get ahold of anyone. I'm about to contact my bank to reverse the charges.

The charging-port cover detached after less than three weeks of normal use. The same cover had detached from the older cover this one replaced, but at least I'd gotten a couple of years out of that one.

Disappointed with purchase. Needed a holster clip - out of stock by itself for almost all older models of apple. Chat line confirmed out of stock in both warranty and purchase forums. Suggested switching to a different case which I purchased. Surprise - new OtterBox cases do not come with. Always did include clips in past purchases. Went online to learn holster for my case is out of stock as well. Will probably shop other sources for all future phone cases. Very disappointed.

I bought this as a replacement for the Defender Pro. The fit is just as good, great tactile finish. The cover for the lightning port takes some time to get used to.

Case appears to be okay, but it did not come with a holster. There is, however, a coupon code in the package for a free holster-just pay shipping. That is a dirty trick to charge $5 to ship an item that has always been included.

I ordered this product from BestBuy and for the most part I am pleased with the case itself. I was able to purchase a holster/beltclip 78-80129 which works but breaks over time in the exact same place. Now I can't purchase the holster/beltclip 78-80129 as it is no longer sold in the USA and I can't get the non-USA sites to ship it to me. The holster/beltclip 78-80649 is millimeters too large and the phone falls out.

This is not what I thought I was getting. The front screen isn?t protected at all. The cameras on the back isn?t protected. I thought I was getting a phone case that completely covered my phone and was water proof. It was somewhat hard to get the phone in and not sure how to get it out if I wanted to. I hope it holds up to the drop rate that they say.

Worst case ever to get on phone. It was incredibly difficult to get case on. I thought we were going to damage the phone. No customer support with how to video. $75 bucks - and broken fingernails. Loved my previous otterbox - HATE THIS ONE. And whe only 3 ugly colors?

love the case I know some was complaining about the back being slippery because it?s smooth I?m guessing for the MagSafe but I don?t use MagSafe so my pop socket sticks perfectly on the back lol putting it on for the first time was a pain but after that it?s not so bad I take it off every so often just to wipe the phone,The only thing I wish the speakers and a mute button was like the old one was don?t like them open dust can get into there

This case is amazing for my I-phone 13 mini! I love how it can withstand drops and has a cover over the screen of the phone! it has a great feel to it. Its a bit bulky but dosent weight too much. Its also easy to clean!

I wouldn't try to take it off & on a bunch - it's held on by prying up rubber that will likely fail if stressed too much, but it seems to work well.

Tedious - Slow ordering directly from OtterBox. They only had ONE MagSafe defender case for iPhone 13 mini. Black that?s it. Normally the belt clip came with it BUT NO THEY MAKE YOU PAY FOR THAT SEPARATELY. And they don?t even let you know it?s available. You have to wait till you get the case to order the belt clip. Shipping is via donkey. Back of case is slippery as a bar of wet soap and this is the most expensive case I ever purchased!

It fits the phone really snugly, it is really easy to install, and it stays on well. Pairing this case with a screen protector gives my phone the best protection. Very pleased with this case.

Got this case for my wifes iphone 13 mini recently. It fits the mini very well. Even though the defender series cases are a bit larger they work well on the mini without being too big. They fit in the hand and in pockets very well and my wife said it fits very well in her purse as well. The case is very sturdy and feels comfort when useing it, whether thats in hand or to your ear.

I had been looking for a great quality protective case when coming across this one. Receiving the case, I was nervous about the fit since it?s labeled iPhone 12 mini/iPhone 13 mini and I had previously seen cases won?t work for both. I haven?t had this type of otter box before and honestly it took me much longer than I?d like to say to figure how to put this on since there aren?t instructions saying to take it apart. Very snug fit and it took a lot of work getting it all the way on and closed, but that made me feel like it was a secure fit. I can see the red of the phone around the screen while the case is on but only if I look from the side/a tilt, but that?s probably normal. I also like having the extra coverage over the charger port. i have not tried the wireless charging aspect yet but I see on the inside of the case the area for it. The case is a bit slick for my grip preference so I?ll probably add a grip of some sort.

The iPhone 13 mini Defender Series Pro XT Case with MagSafe is very nice and very durable. But the issues that I had with the product is the instruction on installing the case onto my cell phone. I had to go to you tube and check out a video on installing the case onto the phone.
