Case needs modification or instructions need updat
The case feels nice it's a little more bulky than my previous iPad case. The protective lens had to be removed so my iPad Pro m4 would fit in the housing. I'm not liking the pencil holder. It doesn't close up and if I was traveling around it possibly could fall off.

OTTOBOX HAS THE BEST PROTECTION IN 2025
My 4yr and 5yr had them on their tablets and boy o boy had OTTOBOX saved my life!!! My 4yr broke his screen before I bought these cases & that cost me $150 to get fix but now he snowboards on it and plays X-games with it but not a scratch yet?.THANK YOU SO MUCH !!!! I will forever be a loyal customer and recommend your products. Well worth it

Pencil cover ALWAYS breaks
This is the second defender case I've used, the first was with work and now my personal iPad. Both cases the flap that covers the pencil charging space has broken off and won't slide back into its little hinge ports. Very frustrating!

What happened?
I hate it. I give you one star because it does seem protected when the cover is on. But it's so inconvenient. The iPad fits into one part and the other part can be the cover or the easel back. When it's on as a cover, it's almost impossible for me to pry it off. When it's on as the easel back, you can't use the camera. If you just leave it off, there's the problem of keeping up with it. There's not a secure place for the iPencil. The charger cover gets in the way of inserting the charging cord. What were you guys thinking? Especially disappointing because the other Otterbox coves I have bought were super satisfactory. Is it too late to get my money back?

Sturdy case
Sturdy case, if you use your iPad and environment, that might be a little demanding. I like the back that has good grip. The only negative I would have is the exposed access port for the Apple Pencil Pro. I liked the older model where the pencil was underneath the top cover.

Slide-out Stand SUCKS!!!!
The slide out stand sticks and is very difficult to open and close. You almost have to break it to get it to work.

Camera lens blocked

M4 11" iPad case loses pencil charge cover
I like the toughness and the built-in screen protector. The weak link is the separate small piece that covers the pencil charger. It is not very secure and frequently falls off.

Good for defense, but has trade offs
Case stand is difficult to return and needs rubberized feet to prevent sliding. Front screen cover gets hazy effect from uneven contact with screen

Best case on the market got even better
New design updates are great! My only complaint is the pencil lid can't be opened with the screen cover attached to the back. Not really a big deal. There is a new pencil cubby built into the screen cover though, which is nice. Near perfection!!
