The size of these did not fit A16 I pads, which evidently are now slightly smaller. Otterbox should let customers know of the slight lack of screen coverage to avoid the inconvenience to them. But thank you for the excellent customer service on the return.

Don't waste your money on this trash. While their iPhone glass has an incredible mechanism to perfectly and evenly apply the glass. For the iPad they cheaped out. No plastic guide, no good way to insure the screen stays applied in the way you want it, terrible application instructions, extremely difficult to center the glass. The main reason I always bought otter box was the ease of application. You failed with your iPad screen protectors. I urge anyone looking into iPad screen protectors to just save your money and find cheap ones else where. In fact I would recommend purchasing from a company that put in the minimal amount of effort it takes to film a how to video. Extremely dissatisfied

Bought the defender case for a new gen 5 apple mini with glass protector. Glass protector holes didn’t line up. I’m assuming it was for another device. So I just threw it away. Also, why don’t otterbox defender cases come in multiple colors anymore? With two kids and two iPads, it’s hard for them to keep track of two black cases without having them put personalized stickers on them.

Perfect fit and finish. Consumer must be aware of packaging. There is an adhesive tab on each end of product that interferes with the application of product. I just suggest one takes their time with application.
