This isn't really about the Otter Box itself, it's about their customer service. No matter what you do they won't respond to your need for help. We've tried calling, texting and still no response. Thats a shame as an otter box is a very good product. It's a shame the rest of the company has a suck factor of "10".

Nice looking case. It is lightweight but still protects. I have dropped my phone twice and no problems. Did not give it 5 stars only because the on button is a very hard press.

Everything I expected from Otterbox. I have used otter box for my apple devices for many years and never disappointed. Otterbox protects amazingly from drops even on concrete basement floor; what other case can do that? I especially like this clear otter box.

I ordered this one because the Defender Series was no longer available for the iPhone SE line. However, this case is still durable and does the trick. The clear case shows off the pretty color of my phone. The con is that it's very difficult to remove, making it a challenge to access the SIM card, but you don't need to do that very often so it's not a huge deal. It also does not come with a screen protector, and you will need to purchase that separately.

This case should not be sold for iPhone second generation because the plastic part where you insert the charger cord sticks out too far. Therefore, your charging cord will constantly fall out and it is very annoying. Luckily OtterBox refunded my money without making me return this case. The OtterBox symmetry series case worked perfectly for this phone because the case is smoother and curvier so the cord does not fall out. OtterBox stopped making this product!. So disappointing. Luckily, I found it online from another retailer, but there's no way to know if it's a genuine OtterBox. OtterBox! Please bring back the symmetry!

It's just ok and for the price I was hoping to love it. The volume buttons don't engage the actual buttons on the buttons phone very well, so that's a struggle. I've dropped my phone a few times and it's fine so it's doing the job, but, meh?

I ordered the clear Otterbox phone cover for iPhone SE 2nd Gen. through Otterbox. The cover is high quality and fits well. The cover is a little stiff where it covers the side buttons, but quickly softens to make it easier to turn off the screen and adjust volume. It is a good value and highly recommend

We purchased an otter box for our grandson's iPhone SE and he HATED it. Refused to use it. The screen protector side interfered with his texting on both sides. He had it "professionally installed" and they said "it's not supposed to be like this, there's something wrong with it". I ended up replacing it with something that didn't have the screen protector, we bought a shell case separately. It was a $60 mistake.

I had this case for like 2-3 months and it became all orangy yellow and scratched, i had my phone on a chair and it slipped and boom! my screen broke in pieces and it didn?t work anymore! I really liked this case at first but became pretty displeased after a while because it was difficult to take off my phone and clean underneath - which I needed since it was a clear case. Every time I took it off it lost a little integrity and eventually came completely apart. It also did not keep it's clear and became faded and scratched and really dark around the edge. Short term it was a nice case, but not if you intend to keep your phone for a few years.
