For the price its rubbish
Had one years ago on my Iphone 3 years ago, very impressed,, this one, like everything else in the world now, its made from cheap material, After a while the rubber started delaminating then started falling off in chunks, the buttons on the left side of the phone fell off so I had to poke something in there to change the volume, the only piece of rubber left on is the last piece that I had to super glue on so I could still use the stand by button, you can buy 8 x cheap China case for the price of this, very disappointed

Otterbox Commuter did not protect my Galaxy S10
I bought an Otterbox Commuter in blue. I dropped my Galaxy S10 from 2 feet and the front of the phone cracked on the lower right side. Now the bottom half of my phone is "black". I tried to start it up again, but it asked for my ID pattern. Of course my ID pattern is on the bottom half so I cannot verify it. This is very upsetting. I have to buy a new phone because the phone failed the diagnostic test.

Okay product at best.
Super slim compared to their other cases but has zero grip and slides right off of surfaces. If your hands sweat at all then the back feels uncomfortable to hold and the slick hard shell doesn't really fit well in one hand like it would with a rubber exterior case. This case doesn't look like it would protect the phone more than any other basic case would due to the hard points hitting surfaces.
2/10 product for it being an otterbox considering the other cases are awesome, skip this one and spend a little more for the better versions.

Good for short term use
I have bought this case twice. My first one the plastic cracked. And the second one the silicone disintegrated around the buttons and charging port.

My buddy told me about a deal he got on an otterbox case so I looked into it. Not only was there a killer deal, but it was for the best phone case I've ever had. I got the commuter case for a samsung galaxy s10 and I couldn't be happier. It fits the phone like a glove, has enough grip to make me confident about holding it in one hand, doesn't hang up in my pockets, and is robust enough to withstand my work (firefighter.

Great product except...
Very satisfied with this product except it does interfere with wireless charging on my Galaxy s10. It still works but is slower and I need to position the phone on the pad very carefully.

Great Phone Case

My beloved is quite pleased!
I purchased this as a gift for my Beloved because the case he first received with his phone kept slipping out of his hand or pocket (not an Otterbox. He opened this git today and is immensely pleased with it! No slip and it isn't too bulky so it fits in the pocket. A perfect purchase!

Good product. Feels good in hand and is well protected from all sides. However not sure how long the rubber inner will last. It seems too lift and come away very easily right above the charge ports. Time will tell.

Drop proof
I dont need insurance with this case, it's drop proof. My phone has been thrown and dropped so many times and never any problems.

The only phone case I'll use!
I have been a loyal buyer of otterbox or lifeproof cases for all my smartphones I have ever owned. I wanted to get a lifeproof case, but it didn't work with my current phone. I love the shape and fit of this case in my hand and on the phone. It protects the case and is really cute!

I bought this for my wife’s phone and she’s very pleased. Easy to install, good level of protection for phone and buttons. We’ll see how it holds up, but we’ve been happy with our OB cases in past.

I purchased the Samsung case in July of 2020 and it's not what expected. For the price I thought it came with a holster. I tried to reach out to your company for an explanation but with this pandemic your customer support phone service is down. Not happy at all.

Great product, suspect shipping
trust otterbox to protect each new smartphone i get but have a complaint. The shipping took forever. 11 days for 1 product. Still luv the case though.

Very nice case
I really like Otterbox cases. I have one on my Galaxy S9 and have been very pleased with how it protects the phone. I now have a new Galaxy S10 and really needed a case to protect it. The phone is very slippery on it's own and needs a good case that is easy to hold and doesn't slip around in your hand. This case is perfect and the quality is great.
