I've had two of these in 4 years. Everytime the same thing; the plastic breaks and the rubber falls apart. Then when I decide to make a warranty claim. You are conveniently out of stock. Figures.

I purchased this replacement for previously purchased Otter Box which I had for 4 years. I trust this product to protect my cell phone when it is accidently dropped. The case makes the phone fit better in my hand also. I will continue purchase this product for all cell phones purchased in the future. Price was competitive for other phone cases, and I consider it of good value. Product was delivered on time.

My last phone I had I used an OtterBox and lasted years with no issues and I drop my phone a lot. Going with another Otter box for my new phone was a no brainer, it's been about 2 months now since buying and still love it. Don't bother with other brands, OtterBox is King, fight me.

This cover is light pink and has thicker rubber than the previous Otter cover I had. Also has hard plastic shell the rubber cover sits into.

This is a perfect fit for my Galaxy S10+. It doesn't add a lot of size to the overall size of the phone, but makes it much easier to grip the phone. Unfortunately, because the ohone is so slippery, I dropped it two days before the Otterbox case arrived. Only one small part of a lower corner is cracked, and the case covers it pretty well. I do wish there were some way to clip it to my belt or to a pocket, though.

I got my Samsung galaxy s10+ the day they dropped in Feb. 2019. It cost me a thousand dollars so naturally I invested in the best phone case money could buy. I ended up with this one. Now, March 2022, the lock button protector finally gave way and ripped apart. Here I am buying a new one after this phone case saved my phone hundreds of times! Seriously. I'm not gentle on my phones. I literally dropped it out of the window of a moving vehicle and the phone doesn't have a scratch on it. (Context. My window was down, my phone was plugged in, and it rang. I went to put it up to my ear and it ripped the cord out and it flew out my window while i was going 10mph through a parking lot. Another time, I was running down concrete stairs and swung my arm too hard and launched my phone down a flight of concrete stairs and phone is totally fine. If you are contemplating, just do it! Worth the money to not have to stress

At first, i didn't realize i could get to the charge port as it was covered. I thought how silly i can't charge now. Dont have wireless to charge as id read some had. To charge it. I figured out after a couple days, how to pull it open, was a very nice and unexpected surprise! I now feel this is the best protective case I've ever purchased from Otter Box! The only thing that could make it better, is if it charged phone also while it protects. Those are the cases i like most to stay powered up at all times. Hope someone reads this too see my 1 and only suggestion! But besides that, this case is absolutely perfect! I could not be happier with it! I'm impressed especially how it protects my screen from inpact if i drop it on my tile floor. Because my tile is shatter resistant. And it's shattered my phone in the past. This case has a higher raised top & bottom than the others like defender & sementry which were my last 2 used. So i am extreamly happy with my purchase. I will recommend this case first when friends need one. I will tell them how impressed I've been showing them my undamaged phone?And I'm especially happy cause it came with color options I got mine in pink! Thanks so much! Otter Box! I have one for my s7 and it's awsome, the one I got for my s10+ leaves alot to be desired. The main problem I have with it is there's no screen protector. WAYYY overpriced

This is my second time purchasing this case. Unfortunately the plastic portion snapped because I placed money behind the cover and would remove it oftenl. This weakened the hard plastic outer cover. I am using it now without any issues and will not be putting any money behind it again. This is a great cover and not very bulky. Your phone is very protected from any fall or drop.
