I replaced the Otterbox that had served me well for many years. These old hands frequently lose the clutch on my phone and the new Otter Box has now saved my phone three times in the month it has been in service. Thank you!

2 poor characteristics...it slides everywhere and the flap of rubber covering the charging port is hard to move to get charger plugged in. It requires 2 hands which is unlike other products.

Excellent phone case. I had always gotten the Defenders, which I still love, but the rubber, after years of daily use, ripped off, exposing part of the phone. I had to go to the store as I wanted to get one that day and all they had was Commuters so I got one. I like how the rubber is on the inside and the hard plastic on the outside. I think it will help prevent the rubber from peeling or breaking off since it is not what will take the daily exposure. My son loved it so much he wanted one and he wanted this color so I ordered this one for him as the store only had black. It is stylish. My only complaint is because it is hard plastic on the outside it is much more slippery.

I did not know otterbox made a case without the belt clip when I ordered mine and have called their customer service on three occasions only to be put on hold to listen to horrible music and never talked to a representative. Recorded message asked if a call back was needed and when I agreed, it never happened and BTW the sent case ( commuter) does NOT fit. Oh, and you charge a lot more than anyone else on the internet.

I've had this case since 2020 and I have dropped this phone over million times including how many times my kids have dropped it and my cellphone has been in pervert shape ever since. Every 2 weeks I'll take the case off and clean the glass but that's the only time I take it off.
