It was too small for my phone! I have a 11P and they sent some 11p commuter style! Haveing trouble getting a case for this phone for years

When I ordered directly from your web site it took a week and I got the wrong size. When I ordered from Best Buy I got the right size and faster. When I contacted you for return I got good service and easy to do.

I drop my phone a lot. I just do. No explanations. I needed a case that protects my phone when dropped and this case does just that. I had an OtterBox case several years ago and decided to go back to OtterBox this time knowing I could find a case that truly protects my phone. It also has some grip to it. Other cases are so smooth that the phone just slips out of your hand.

Using this case (and a screen protector) I dropped my phone at least 20 times or more on hard surfaces, and though the case eventually cracked? the phone inside was completely untouched. It did not have one scratch or ding! I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and it has impacted my grip, so I frequently drop things? this will forever by my choice for which phone case to buy! Several times I dropped it on concrete? several? and my phone was totally protected. Worth every cent!! Thank you, Otterbox!!

I bought this over a month ago because another one was falling apart, the case is very sleek, not bulky, and protects my phone well. Sometimes my phone falls slips out of the case other then that I like it

I had this case for about a month and it looks great. My new phone has had a couple drops already (What can I say, I'm a fumble fingers) and there have been absolutely no damage. no cracks, no scratches.

We don't use anything else on our phones! We've used defender, symmetry and currently using commuter that allows us to charge wirelessly while still protecting the phone. We've dropped our phones and the cases are all built well. It's small enough that it fits nicely in a female hand and has the rubber sides to help grip.

It’s not rubbery enough so it slides away when propped up in a vertical stance, it didn’t come with a screen cover to protect from scratches and grip ridges don’t really help in my rough hands. So I really made a poor choice in selecting the cover, but in my defense there wasn’t a very good description of the product.

I have purchased and used Otter Boxes for all of my phone. It is great to have that assurance that if/when I drop my phone it is protected; however the protective screen cover is added on with a purchase price of $49.00. Commuter Series do not come with a screen protecter; this is extra add-on expense. All Otter Boxes should come with a screen protector allowing the phone to totally protected.

Pocket friendly and light weight. The down side is, it’s too slick to prop up against anything. You will have to buy some sort of propping device. The rubber support covering over the volume buttons and silence switch is weak and you’re easily able to pull back on it to expose the volume button. I believe it should be firm, so no dust particular enter. Also to give better protection on the edge of the phone. These phones aren’t cheap! Over all I would give it a solid 4.0. From my experience if you’re looking for safety and comfort I would choose the commuter series. This case blows the defender series out of the water. I’ve own both.

I got this a couple days ago I like it a lot way better than the lifeproof case I spent 100$ on the lifeproof and it sucked because the screen protector it has kept getting bubbles and was annoying watching videos but this otter box is cool and reminds of the older iPhones with the square look it has great purchase
