Well made
I needed a case badly and this one really gave me what I needed. It's been dropped a couple times and not a single issue. I would've given 5-stars but it was hard for this grandma to get it on the phone. Plus I had to take it off and have a younger (read: stronger) person help because I couldn't get the charger plugged into the hole for being misaligned. Now it's just fine and all that's missing is the button to help keep hold of it.

I like my case now i feel more secure using it and was a little harder to install my phone but i did it everything looks good now

I bought the wrong product

Saved by the Otter!
This is the best iPhone protector! The other night I tripped in a dark parking lot and did a modified face plant with my iPhone, (screen down) in my right hand taking much of the fall's impact. There was NO damage to the iPhone or Otter! I highly recommend this product to anyone who has ever been tripped or finds themselves in an dark unknown parking lot late at night.

Over priced items.
After only 3 short weeks the case is broken .

Dropped phone and it absorbed the impact
When I dropped the phone at work, it didn't bounce like with other slipcovers that I have had and it seemed to just absorbed the impact. I really like this slipcover. Thanks.

Solid all-around phone case
The case is really sturdy without being bulky. It has held together well even though I fidget with it. I really like the little piece that covers the charging port to keep dust out. If you're looking for a solid, protective case, this is a good choice.

Doesn?t fit iPhone 8 Plus, I regret this purchase.
I don?t usually leave bad reviews but honestly this one really messed with me. I used the commuter case on my iPhone 7 for years with absolutely no problem so I fully expected this experience to be the same. I have an iPhone 8 Plus and this case simply didn?t fit. But because I usually try to make things work, especially because I liked otter box I thought I could make it fit by cutting down the rubber on the two lower corners. Come to realize, it still bulges out no matter how much I try to push it into the plastic cover. So now not only can I not return it but it still doesn?t fit. The photos attached are after I tried to make my modifications so the bulging was worse when it came to me. The first two are when it bulges at the bottom and the last two are when I put it on a different way and it bulges at the top. I tried putting it on in every way possible and no matter what I did it didn?t fit. I regret this purchase. As someone who?s been loyal to otter box since middle school I don?t think I?ll be continuing that trend.
