One of the best products I have ever bought
This is my second or third Otter Box, over several years and multiple phones. These cases are GREAT. I drop my phone constantly?like, multiple times a day. Face down on concrete floors. Will I ever learn my lesson and stop being so careless? Probably not, because I don't have to! OtterBox keeps it safe and secure. I don't normally write reviews, but this is a REALLY GOOD product, totally worth the price. Has saved me from a cracked screen too many times to count.

Great Case!!
I just received this case today and it?s amazing! At first I was kind of iffy on it reading some of these reviews, but it fits on my phone perfectly and I love how it fits in my hands. I definitely would recommend this case! If you?re debating on buying this one, go for it!!

Second one
I have had this OtterBox model since I got the iPhoneXs, but it is the second one because the plastic corner broke. I swear that I got a replacement for the plastic part once before (for free, minus shipping but couldn't find that order in my receipts. So, I just bought a second one... obviously it worked because the phone wasn't damaged in either drop.

A must have
The only phone case I use is otterbox. When you got a thousand dollar phone, you get the best case there is. I have used ottorbox phone cases for well over ten years. Usually the case out last the phone. When I have had a case break, the phone was unharmed. Otterbox warranty covered the broken case and replaced it. You are asking for trouble if you don?t have an otterbox case on your phone.

I wouldn?t buy it
I bought this case expecting it to be A decent case. It came to me with ding marks in it and was definitely not worth buying .

Arrived deformed
Bought through the otter box website and shipped with a deformity that prevented it from seating properly on the phone. I attempted to contact customer service to possibly exchange the case as their products in my experience have been exceptionally good however they have yet to respond and it has been about 1 month. Hopefully this is not the norm but I hesitate to order their products online again.

Best Purchase
I purchased this about a month ago and I have dropped my device several times. The case is very durable and looks great. I love the colors they come in and they are sylish. Will definitely purchase more Otterbox products.

inexplicable loose fitment at button locations
I got my case about a month ago. The long side edges at the single/double button areas are loose fitting from the corner down for two inches. Not a problem in any other areas..

Love these boxes
My son broke the outside cover of his Otterbox so we got the replacement. I love that we could just buy that part instead of having to buy the whole thing. We love Otterbox and they are a must for all of my family's phone cases! Will buy again and again!

Very upset with packaging
I could not believe the way this product arrived....it is the commuter series so it was in two parts and it was just the two pieces in plastic baggies thrown in an envelope....I could not believe there was not even a box....my mother ordered one from amazon and it came in packaging....this was a gift and I could not believe i had to give it without any packaging! it looks like I bought it from a less than reputable source. Tried to call- no phone customer service, tried to do live chat thru the very very limited hours....but no one answered. I would think long and hard before ordering from this company again....luckily at least the product was right, but if it wasn't I would not have been able to reach anyone

Perfect for my new X iPhone
I purchased my Otter Box directly from the company website. Arrive as expected and performance is above expectations. Case is not to large, so phone slips easily into my pocket. The case is a great protection to my investment.

Quality has gone down.
The phone case was extremely slippery. This is not an understatement. It would easily slip out of my hand as I was holding it. The plastic surrounding the phone was also this and the inner rubber layer wasn't that great either. Sucks how the quality has gone down so much for Otterbox. From reading other reviews seems like people were having a similar problem. Such a shame. Used to be such a reliable product.

A Great Investment
I purchased an Otter Box 6 years ago with first iPhone, which saved me from numerous clumsy disasters, when my phone would hit the floor. It was a given that I’d buy one again for my next phone. Solid protection overall, good customer service, and the color was just what I wanted. Thank you for providing a quality product when such things often seem a thing of the past.

Does the job
Cute case, does the job for the most part, haven’t drop tested it but seems to be pretty sturdy and protective. Pink color hasn’t faded as of right now (have had it for a few weeks overall I’m happy with this case. (Photos attached, card holder purchased separately elsewhere.)

Worst iPhone case I ever had
There’s no grip on the case at all. It keeps slipping out of my hand. I don’t recommend this case it’s horrible.

Reliable Case
I’ve depended on Otterbox to keep my phones safe for 7 years now and have never been disappointed. After a few years with the Symmetry case I decided to go back to the Commuter and am happy to say that the quality is still exactly the same.

Exactly what I was looking for!
I ordered a new Otter Box Commuter because the one I had on my old cell phone held up great for 6 years. Just as happy with my new case, great drop protection for a great price. Love the new color!
