Case prevented me from using any of 10 charging cords. OtterBox covered to sell me a cord or made me pay for shipping to return. I have been using there products for over 10. years but done after my last 2 purchases.

I loved this case! Even though I only got to enjoy it for a few weeks because I upgraded to the 16. I liked how it didn't slide around when you sat your phone down.

I had it in place for less than a week, my phone fell to the ground off the table and my screen broke. I had my old case on for 4 years, dropped it multiple times with no screen damage.

MagSafe barely attaches to my charger, unlike older OtterBox it is replacing. This has resulted in mornings with an uncharged phone because it doesn't attach well to the charger. With 2020 version of this case, I can hold the phone by charger cord and the magnet is strong enough to keep it attached.

Stood the test of 4 years before replacing! I got this case when the iPhone 12 first came out in 2020 and I have dropped that thing soooo many times. It was only this year at some point that I had dropped it enough that the OtterBox was badly damaged. I finally replaced it?with the same case (just a different color)! The screen protector has been broken several times when I drop it at just the wrong angle but between that and the OtterBox, my phone has been saved! I've tried other cute cases before and they just don't compare to the protection I've received with Otter Box. I do wish there were more colors and the lighter colors do tend to discolor on the silicone part but otherwise, I have no complaints!

I got this case for my 13-year-old son's phone, knowing that he's 13 and probably can't take care of a phone properly. Well sure enough his sister picked him up from a friends house and he put the phone on top of the car. They proceeded to drive several miles and got on I 95 going 70 miles an hour in the right lane. The phone was on top and flew off onto the side of the highway. An hour later we tracked his phone on Life360 went back thinking maybe we could find his phone while there it was sitting on the side of 95 Without one crack on it, the case had fallen off and we couldn't find it , but the phone was in perfect condition we couldn't believe it. This will be the only case we use on our phones saved us a lot of money of having to replace the phone.

I have had multiple OtterBox cases with all usually being fantastic with the exception of this one. The case did my protect my back glass around camera from an extremely minor fall.

My original otter box wore out and I did not want to spend the money again so tried a knock off on amazon. After very little time it became sticky and stayed that way. That was never the case with otter box. It always felt good in my hands. I've learned my lesson.

The product case broke in under a month from the terrible stress of being caught in my shorts pocket. It's 2 stars and not one solely because the phone itself isn't hurt. I will be demanding either a refund or a replacement.

Otterbox has been protecting my iPhones for many years. No matter what you do, sooner or later your phone is gonna drop out of a bag or a pocket or fall off a table. Otterbox is solid protection.

Did not protect the back glass from breaking on my phone. I bought this case to avoid a $500 repair. For years, I have protected my phones with otter box cases. You can imagine my disappointment when removing my phone for cleaning when I discovered that the back glass is shattered. The case looks fine and I still use it (to hide the fact that the back glass is shattered) It's just if I ever want to replace the battery or resell the phone, it's going to cost me over $500 to replace the back glass. This will be the last time I purchase a commuter case and possibly an otterbox case. With phones costing over a grand these days, I don't think otterbox is up to the task to protect them.

I was hesitant to try this new case because I have only had the Defenders for all my phones. I have 4 grandkids that are always manhandling my phone. What a nice surprise that this case is absolutely perfect! It's really a great case and I feel it was a good choice for me.
