I loved the color of this case so much but the quality was poor ! I?ve had my case for about 4 months now and the case has broken Near the camera lenses a whole piece just came off i expected more such a bummer .

Bought my otterbox case on 10/13/21 and the plastic is cracking already. Paid good money for this case so I expect better quality control than this. Very disappointed with this case.

I might sound like a brag bot here, but this case is so sturdy, it will be my weapon of choice in a post-apocalyptic war. I use the iPhone * Max size and because of it's large form factor I tend to have a bad grip and drop my phone often. While one solution could be to buy a smaller phone, I chose to go with the sturdiest case I can find and loving it so far. I always though that Otterbox was slightly over priced, but now I see why. You can feel the premium quality of the case and small design decisions which makes it a great purchase.

I never purchased an Otter box case in the past mainly due to costs, but over time i have learned that its best to cry once and not twice. a day a go while riding my Harley on the freeway my phone took a swan dive from my jacket's side pockets and found it's self crashing into the ground! Luckily I noticed this right away! I went back and looked for it and to my surprise the phone was in working condition! No broken screen! no cracked camera lens! yes a few scratches but nothing that affects its functions. I'm sure I was doing atleast 90MPH when this event took place. from now on I will recommend OtterBox to anyone and will be a customer for life! the warranty process was also a breeze!

This case is durable. I've dropped my phone a couple of times and it's been solid. I like the tab that covers up the charger port. The color in nicer in person compared to the pictures online. In the pictures it looked more green but it's actually more of a teal green.

This is a great case and I love the color. I am disappointed that it does not work with Apple MagSafe. In the features section it says it works with Apple MagSafe charger, it does not. I find this to be very misleading.

Bought this about a month ago because the other brand that I purchased when I upgraded my phone wasn?t what I really wanted. The 12 Pro Max Commuter is perfect! It protects my phone, is a great color and keeps the slimness of the phone so it fits nicely into my pocket. I am very happy with my Otterbox purchase.

I bought this case for my iPhone 12 Pro and wanted a case to work with MagSafe. I filtered by MagSafe and this case came up. I just checked to make sure I didn't make a mistake and see it's still listed under MagSafe cases. This DOES NOT work with MagSafe.

I bought this case specifically because I wanted a case that was compatible with wireless charging. I've tried 3 different chargers and none of them are able to charge my phone through the case. Phone charges fine out of the case. It's a cool color and I feel that it would protect my phone from most drops, but, the wireless charging not working is a deal breaker for me.

I like this case. I?ve always used Commuter cases. However, the description says it?s MagSafe compatible and it absolutely is not. MagSafe works like a wireless charger but the magnet doesn?t work through the case. I was very disappointed with that since I specifically wanted a case that can use MagSafe.

After owning many phones throughout the years, I have only purchased Otterbox to protect them. Just recently I upgraded to a larger phone and of course ordered a new Otterbox. I am a clumsy , chronic phone dropper but have never broken one. Seriously, I?ve dropped my phones on concrete, granite, and tile and Otterbox has saved the day!

The new design of the commuter series is a huge upgrade from the past commuter cases. I love the grip on the back and how good it fits the phone. It is a very protective case without being too bulky. I have two recommendations for future commuter series cases; made the buttons more tactical and make the rubber part of the case more tighter to prolong the life of the case.
