Item broken
When my merchandise arrive, I opened it, the clip on the case was broken, had to send back, haven't received new one

Almost sent it back
We received the Otter Box and had a very hard time getting on the Phone. Husband does not read instructions. He almost broke his phone several times before getting the very tight rigid case on. In the end he managed to get the case on but in doing so dumped ALL the programing data on the phone. Luckily it was a new phone and nothing of value was lost or destroyed. I didn't care for the super rigidness of it, But it does the job...would I buy another one, maybe. Would I suggest READING the instructions Definitely.

Otter Box Like No Other!!!
I had purchased an Otter Box a couple of years ago for the same Samsung Galaxy phone, but it had seen better days then those recently. I purchased an exact duplicate Otter Box and it is PERFECT!!! The phone looked new when I took it out of the old OB and now it will be protected for additional years to come!

Not a good purchase,

Good purchase
I bought 2 of these for my husband, he will use one a couple of months then they break and I have to order another one... this time I ordered 2 just to be safe since he changed jobs maybe these will last longer.

Double charged
Got my phone clipped within 5 days but was double charged and since it wasn an online purchase there was nobody I could call for a refund

Get the Real Deal
I admit it, I tried a knock off, it was okay for about a month, but something was never quite right. Then of course I lost my phone because it came UN-snapped. Deep down inside I knew this day was going to happen, and I was so annoyed at myself that the small amount of money I saved was so insignificant now that my phone was gone. I was fortunate enough that a good Samaritan fellow airport traveler turned my phone in. I immediately purchased a genuine Otter Box, don't go to the dark side, stick with the proven best and have peace of mind your phone is secure.

So far so good...
1st holster was good and for most part durable. My work keeps me moving and bending so much the 1st holster snapped in two. Had this new holster for about 2 weeks and am running it thru the paces. So far so good.

was told at the AT&T that the holster was not available. After short online search i found what i was looking for. Thank you so much for saving money and not having to buy a new cace and holster. Im very happy with what irecieved and it works great. Thank you again.

Broke in 2 hours
I used to love outer box products but the kat few I picked up have be cheap and flimsy compared to what they used to be. Bought a replacement holster for my note 9 because the original broke. The replacement broke in two hours.

Unfortunately, this case was not the same as purchased before. It is much larger, it fits the other part of case, but too large to wear on holster.

Left wanting
The OtterBox is almost a good idea. Except it stops halfway with protecting your phone. It leaves the absolutely most critical important and easily broken part of the phone fully exposed. The only reason I bought it is because it has a holster with it and it's cheaper than other more proven products. I mean come on really? NO screen protection? And you charge what you do, NOT to protect the most vulnerable part of the phone. Guess its ultimately my fault for purchasing a product that I knew fell short of actual consumer needs.
