Lifetime warranty (7 year) ? purchased in September 2020 and already no longer guaranteed because the product is discontinued on otterbox... but not on Amazon... very disappointed with my purchase.

Defender Series fir Samsung S10
Great protection! I just wish my warranty hadn't run out. All that was wrong with the one I had was that the charging port cover was torn.

Bad Breakin' Screen Event
I have had great protection with OtterBox products before, but
I'm sorry to have to report that I dropped my Pixel 5a phone, screen-down, and my OtterBox case didn't protect it. Part of the screen cracked into a hundred little lines. Repairing the phone would be over US$300.
Thankfully, the screen still interacts. I'll continue using the phone until I want an upgrade.

It has started to fall apart over time
it has worked very well since I got it. however, lately the rubber near the camera has started to peel and the flaps at the bottom fell off

A naked phone is very slippery
Absolutely a must have! Won't leave home without it.This is my second defender case for my samsung10,yes protected my phone for many years so far. I went for 3 or 4 days without a defender case and found my phone to be very slippery. I could hardly wait to get back in a protective case.

Saved my cellphone more than once...
Amazingly resilient protection! I backed over my phone (in its Defender case) with my Subaru. I expected the worse, but the phone was unharmed and even the case remained fully intact.

KEEP DROPPING
Love that otterbox replaces the case when it get broke or warn from years of use at a low cost to cover shipment. The clip on the case works great even when I am jogging!

Great case for a mechanic
I'm always getting my hands dirty. Love the case. Very slim and protective. I been with otterbox for 10 years. Great brand. I love the holster because I can use it as a kickstand and watch the world cup anywhere I go.

Defender series, screen less for S10.
Got this case because my phone is getting a bit older, and my commuter case was wearing out quickly, thought I'd get it on a deal. Case is nice and sturdy, a bit of a pain to disassemble. But I don't really take my phone out of their cases a lot so no big deal.
My only issue is the plastic inner case instantly started to pull up the factory installed screen protector, I never ever had an issue until I got this case, just be aware of that, and I know those screen protectors are a pain to get back on or put a new one on.

Better than a new phone
Samsung G10 user. The otter box has saved my phone many times. I wear my phone and use the otter box as my protector of choice. Wouldn't change that choice at all.

Good protection
I have this case over a year on phone, protection is very good type of protection, necessary to use their screen protector in case of incompatibility with 3.rd screen protectors , only one thing that makes me crazy is the rubber part of case which is not alligned in part where is a camera and the usb-c port.

After my father dropped his from the roof 2 times, with no damage to the phone, I figured defender would work for me as well. I like the clip, as I don't have a pop socket on this one to hook it on my pants, it would be nice if the belt clip was removable for when i actually have a big enough pocket to stick the whole thing in. It has a nice lip on the top and bottom and is not as slick a back as the commuter case. I like that it is more grippy.
The screen protector though is annoying, it is ia a hair too high (yes its the otter box brand and I used the cool installer kit that came with it... but my dad and I both have bubbles at the top and looks like it would be perfect, but I wasn't willing to risk fingerprints or royally messing up the whole thing. He doesn'tuse the top of the screen aka it doesn't bother him.

Great case bad clips
This is the 3rd case I have purchased. The last two have been in the last 6 months. Two were purchased from Amazon and the last one through Otter box. The cases are awesome, the clips are not so good. I would recommend the cases everyday of the week but, the clips need some work.
