I purchased the Defender Series Case for my iPhone 6s Plus when I first purchased it, many years ago. The phone has been dropped or fallen out of my pure/pocket multiple times. Had the battery changed at Apple recently and when the case was removed the inner part was cracked.. IPhone was in perfect shape. I love my phone!!! I love Otterbox Defender Series for protecting it so well over the years. Looking forward to many more!!!.

I have used Otterbox Defender since the purchase of my phone. The defender broke when I dropped my phone. Had to replace to continue the protection

I just put my new Defender series on my Samsung S9. There is no question it will protect it and I really like the Buckle holder on the back which turns into a stand but the case is very heavy and there are no holes for my camera on the outer holster.

I accidently dropped my phone in the street as I was getting in my car. It had been there about an hour when I retraced my steps and found it. The phone had been run over...not sure how many times. The screen protector was badly scratched and one side of the Defender Case was cracked. But when I took it apart my phone had no damage whatsoever! I bought a new case for a fraction of the cost of a new phone. I'm sold on OtterBox!

I had to return mine because I purchased the wrong size -- however, I would have returned it anyway, because it's impossible to open. Also, your return process is not very straightforward, it took me a lot of time to figure out how to request the return and get a shipping label.

The retention "bumps" on my old one had worn down and would no longer hold the phone. I thought that I would need to replace the old case and holster but instead just purchased the holster and it worked fine with the old otter case.

I had my previous Defender case for 4 years and decided to switch it out recently. I?ve only had my new case for a few months but I?ve had issues with the clear home button protective cover. The plastic bubbles up and wrinkles making it difficult to use my fingerprint sign in. I am frustrated because I never had this issue with the last case, and now I can?t use my fingerprint sign in. It just seems to be more cheaply made?

I bought the first one it was the wrong size clip. Then I bought a second one and it does not fit the normal case that I purchased the first time. So I went to Home Depot and just bought a regular pouch

Used my old Otter Box case for SIX years before I replaced it last week with this Defender case. I hope this one will last as long. Only drawback is it only comes in black. It would be much easier to keep up with my phone if the case was more colorful.
