Can't beat otter box been using the case for about 6 years just wish the holster was a little tougher

I Needed an S9 not S9 +so I had to mail it back.Thanks for informing me tho that you no longer have otterbox hoster and etc.for S9. I have always made sure we have Otterbox accessories for our phones and will continue. I hope you have recieved the hoster. By way the customer service even told me Walmart or Amazon might have S9 hoster and Amazon did. Thank you. Oh I really give Otter Box and Accessories a 5 star just gave it a ine star only because wrong size.

I bought this case whwn i got my phone new 5 years ago and it still held up never broke my phone witb the many drops it had the rubber parts started to breakdown maybe due to my line of work working around chemicals and oils but still a happy camper would recommend otterbox anyday

I wish there were more colours from which to choose. I get this is an end-of-life kind of thing, but I'm not one of those people who goes thru phones like nobody's business, so wanted something more colourful than black-on-black. The quality, of course, is outstanding...

I love my Otter Box Defender. I have the bad habit of leaving my Galaxy S9+ on the roof of my car. I driven off twice with my phone on the roof of the car. Both times I saw the phone fly off the back of the car. The phone was undamaged and the case suffered a couple of scratches. Great case!!

Extremely sturdy and protective phone case. I bought this for my boyfriend who has completely worn out his old Otterbox that he'd been using for YEARS. Won't be needing one for a few years but I know I can rely on this one for its security!

I purchased this for my son to replace his old one which has seen better days. I noticed that this replacement seems to be a bit of an updgrade with a more textured back compared to the other one. Overall, it's a very decent, sturdy product.

the only phone case i have ever had. the last 4 or five phones i have owned have had otter box cases. i work as a mechanic and always dropping my phone. either from someplace high (6 foot or more or in some thing(a bucket of coolant or oil) I have never had a damaged phone. My kids on the other hand don't like the cases because the are not cool, but they have gone through at least 10 phones each from dropping and damaging the phones. I will never ever have anyother case than an otter box. thank you for making such a good product.

I love this case and company because the first case i bought lasted me years everytime I drop my phone i never have to worry because my phone still looks brand new no screen scratches and my phone is 3 years old

This is my second Otterbox for this phone. The first one was dropped so many times the hard plastic structure was broken in multiple places and the rubber cover peeled off easily. (After 3 years of use For the protection of my phone, I felt it was time for a new one. I was disappointed in the lack of colour choices. I have previously purchased the model with the screen protector, don't bother buying that one because the screen cover does not stay one the curved screens. After 1 drop on concrete the cover smashed. Considering it's just plastic and rubber the Otterbox price is very expensive, but it is well designed and will protect your phone.

I have depended on Otter Boxes for all my Galaxy phones. I love the belt clip that keeps the phone constantly available. When I broke the clip, I needed a new one fast. Otter came through with exactly the right replacement and in a matter of days I was back having my phone always at hand. I cannot guess how much money I have saved over the years by having the Otter Box protection for my phones. Despite how careful I am, I still have dropped my phone a few times in which the Otter Box case has saved me. It is simply the best protection one can buy for their phone.

I ordered the phone holster and it has served me well. The service was very friendly and nice. They really stand behind their product! The plastic tip that holds the phone breaks very easily. This is my 4th holster I have had to order because of it not holding up to normal ware and tear.

I ordered this holster for my Samsung s20 Ultra which is the criteria I used on the site to find the product. What I received is a holster that was too small for my phone. I ended ordering another complete setup from Verizon and tossed this product out. Will never order from Otterbox site again
