Took awhile to figure out how to use it. Not impressed with the charger receptacle; but I suppose it is somewhat waterproof?

This case is great! I've had it for 3 years and it's been protecting my phone through all the drops, But now that's been 3 years the rubber is starting to dry and crack, is there a way to buy just another rubber without the plastic case?

I have always chosen otterbox since the first one I bought. I am hard on phones and they protect no matter what. I'm glad they finally designed a somewhat cute case in the defender series. That's the only downfall, I only use the defender series and the choices are so so limited.

You really dropped the ball on this case. Not having a screen protector built in to the case leaves me very disappointed. Paid an additional 45 plus dollars for the glass screen protector that fell off after two weeks because the case does not hold it in place.

Bought this and I am glad I did. It would be even better if screen protector came with the case. I did purchase another screen protector from a different company. I have accidentally dropped the phone three times and no damage. Twice on cement.

I like it but dont like how the sides are open I wish we could get a protection there better. It's open for the edge display but I dont use it.

Unfortunatly, with samsungs curved screens (which also serve no useful purpose the case doesn't have a screen protector built into it. On my last phone (Galexy S6) the plastic cover saved my phone countless times. I have had my phone a little over a month and one corner of the screen is scratched beyond belief. I even put a glass screen protector on it -- the plastic one was far better than any other I have ever come across. I wish they could figure out how to put the plastic back in it.

Ordered directly from the company. Box was labeled wrong. Laid around from Friday to Monday the o.j nuking it wouldn't fit my phone. Even printed off return label. Spoke with customer service. They were excellent and very helpful. Fortunately I decided to see if my phone would fit. It was the correct case, just mislabeled. Otherwise, I would have rated it a 5 star.

I've purchased many covers from Otterbox and am very pleased with them. They protect my phone and are stylish, though I wish there were more colors to choose from as I like to change my covers often. You used to be able to order the different pieces separately and without the holster which was a very nice aspect, also. It would be wonderful to be able to do these things again in the future especially since the colors are very limited.

I have been using Otterbox cases for years now and still believe that this brand is the best investment when it comes to protecting phones especially expensive smart phones. I just bought the Defender series case for my S9 and absolutely impressed by it. It wasn't as bulky as the older versions and yet still confident that this case will protect my brand new phone for a long time.

I bought am otterbox defender for the new Samsung S9 and I don't think it's the best design. The sides of the case are way lowet than the phone so it's noy going to protect the phone any better than a $20 case. Definitely not worth the $70+ I paid for the case and shipping to Canada
