horribly difficult to put on and maker gives no instructions on how to open the stupid thing to get your ipad in - had to rely on utube videos make by other people, want to return but "customer service" is ridiculous and says they didn't charge me when otterbox is clearly charging me on my credit card statement

This mini ipad case is perfect for what I was looking for. It is very durable and will definitely protect my iPad from any damage if accidentally dropped. It is very easy to use, and has a very sleek and comfortable feel. I am very satisfied with this purchase.

You need to somehow engineer the new case for mini iPad 6 able to use the power up features for the Apple Pencil and easy to use. That would ultimately make the product 5-star plus.

I bought my otterbox after I had to replace my IPad mini because it dropped and my glass shattered. The new Defender case has it?s own clear shield built in for protecting the glass. The shell is made out of sturdy black plastic and virtually indestructible!

If there was rubber gaskets around the camera and holes I?d give it a 5 but at least once a week I have take my case off and clean the screen. Other than that otter box is perfect

I bought this because my old case let my iPad shatter completely. Not a piece bigger than 1/2?. I feel very comfortable with this case. The system for reading in a horizontal position is good but not great. The only complaint I had was their instructions for equipping it for the first time are very bad. Basically they direct you to a utube video that does not allow you to actually see what they are doing.
