Received the wrong item after long shipping time, still waiting for refund, and they did not replace it, I have to reinput another order, starting the wait time all over. The case I had before lasted a few years and when it started to fall apart recently I wanted to stick to the same one, but service from the company made it difficult. Not sure if I will buy again from otter

This is an excellent phone case. It's durable and fits well in my average size hands. OtterBox is the top of the line in "protective" cases. When I need a phone case OtterBox will always be my choice.

I've been using OtterBox Defenders on phones since my first BlackBerry in 2008 or so. Today i ran over my iPhone 11, with a Mack truck and trailer, and my phone is absolutely unharmed. I'll remain a loyal customer for years to come.

Good afternoon my name is Nathan Blubaugh. I'm glad they emailed the ask bout your product as it stands right now I am not very happy with the OtterBox that I received the rubber that goes around the outside of the plastic. It has already start of the deteriorating environment part I have a crack where the two pieces of plastic cooked together, which is been there since literally the second day that I've had the case. I have been a supporter of your cases for years ever since I started an iPhones back in the early 2009 when Verizon came out the iPhone 4, but this is the first time that I've had issues with your case is falling apart, literally from the day that I got them also, I think you guys really messed up by not putting in the plastic bag over top of the screens to protect the phones. At the time of the purchase, I was unaware that there was no longer plastic that protected the screen in my phone, and I only found out after I bought the box that you literally had to buy separate glass to protect your glass on your phone I wasn't very happy about that because I'm used to paying top dollar for your boxes only to find out that I had to pay almost $40 for for the screen protector $40 that I don't have I'm a blue-collar American working to retail job unloading for 824 seven to find out first that my case is broken wire is hard for it even snap together to the rubber now do you see the the rubber breaking apart just above where the silent to ringer volume switch is. Right now I give your product less than one star which is sad considering of all the times that I bought one of your cases either off your website or through secondary means like the Walmart Gabriels or a secondhand store that will be selling other boxes at a reasonable price this is the first time that I've absolutely been disappointed in your product and I've actually been thinking about getting rid of this product and getting a different case for my phone. Sincerely unhappy customer, Nathan Blubaugh. Plus, to have it replaced? You want me my pay 10$ shipping for your poor craftsmanship. That's not right at all.

If you want the best customer service I have ever experienced then buy from this company.I had a Defender on my Phone when I went riding go-carts with my grandchildren . It fell out of my pocket and was destroyed by getting ran over. They replaced my case without any problems. I wish all companies treated customers so well!

Came back to leave a review. About to order my second one. It's been 3 years almost 4 and it's just starting falling apart. It's still protecting my phone though. I tend to Yeet my phone because I'm a butterfingers but this case is just indestructible. It started to crack on the inner plastic about a year ago and has slowly been falling apart. Best case ever.

Case works perfectly! After 3 years of general daily use, charger plug in flap broke off. After contacting Otterbox, new case arrived, and has been doing a great job for 12 months now. Highly recommend purchasing this case!

It hasn't broken yet which I think is pretty good. I dropped one for my iPhone 6 off several roofs while working on them and it didn't break, and this one is as good if not better than that one.

Their Customer Service Team goes above and beyond to resolve any issues you may have, they genuinely care about their customers! The lifetime warranty is most wonderful too! We need more companies like OtterBox!! It means a lot when you have a HAPPY customer! I break everything I touch so these Defender Series cases are a Godsend for me! I just purchased an iPhone SE 3rd gen for my son and I hadn't had a chance to order him a case and the other day while out riding his dirt bike, his phone fell from his pocket and the screen was destroyed, so upset that I didn't order him one right away thank goodness I have the insurance so I'll be filing a claim and then definitely ordering an OtterBox case for it! my last one wore out at the plug cover but the lifetime warranty covered it. i'll only ever buy otterbox from now on. this case is identical to my last case and has protected by phone from all slips and falls.
