I cannot recommend this case enough! My phone bounced out of the holder on my moped and was run over by multiple cars and my phone is totally fine. Even the screen is fine, not even a scratch. Definitely worth it.

I have had an OtterBox since 2011, when I purchased my first iPhone. I have dropped my phone on cement stairs, I had my iPhone bounce down the stairs, there wasn't a scratch on my iPhone

2nd Defender case for same iPhone 11 Pro Max. First Defender box didn't last long before dust cover on bottom broke off where iPhone wire plugs. Next to wear off was cover for the volume switch on left hand side. On the positive side phone has been dropped numerous times and defender case protected my iPhone from damage.

First, I ordered the wrong model. Called Otterbox, got the return label and mailed the item back to them. Ordered the right one and got it in a week. Not only was it what I ordered, but it came in a very timely manner (especially during the holiday season) and was very reasonably priced.

Today at work, which I am a heavy equipment operator was very interesting! Well just like everyday I go about the work I have too do! I was doing some shovel work as I laid my drink and my phone on the track of the skid steer well let just say I forgot they were on the track! I got in it started moving it around sliding sideways and all! I dropped the bucket and started moving backwards grading the stone as I was moving,Then I see it ,? I was like oh no as I just paid my I-Phone off! I got out and pick it up thinking it crushed it! Well I can tell u otter box saved my phone I would Recommend this box beyond any other! I ordered it cuz it was the one reccomended to go with my iphone 11 and it stated there was no screen protector but I still wish it had the screen protector built in like the one for my iPhone 7 had.

Super chunky. Seems like it will protect the phone well. The raised edge around the screen does interfere with the "swipe up to see all open apps" function. It's a bit of an annoyance, but not enough to stop using the case. Getting it in & out of my back pocket takes a bit of finesse. But for the protection afforded, it's worth it.

product is good... but dealing with customer support will make you crazy.... couldn't find tracking information.. finally called.. change my email on the account profile 8 months ago.. "we don't use your account profile update"... so they had an email that I don't check anymore..

There is something odd about this case. When trying to use the side buttons there are sometimes problems. I?m not sure if it?s the white hard shell or something else.

Cheap plastic that breaks way to easily. The older clips worth the thicker plastic were much better.

I use a phone mount on my Harley and forgot to secure it before the ride. Needless to say, my $1200 iPhone flew off the bike and bounced off of the pavement at 35 mph and my phone is perfectly fine and protected thanks to this $60 investment.

I am a big fan of Otterbox products. Ever since I purchased my generation 1 IPhone many years ago. The products are pricey but do the trick; protect and expensive phone. This holster however? This is my second replacement in less than a year. I am not sure what happened, design flaw perhaps? I will still buy Otterbox products as despite the holster breaking, my phone is safe and protected but paying an additional 13$ approximate dollars twice now to replace holster clip is upsetting.

I bought this for my iPhone 11 Pro Max in the color ?Love Bug Pink.? The case fits my phone perfectly. It?s a larger case so it?s very protective for my phone. It has a nice grip/material so it doesn?t slip out of my hands. I absolutely love the color too! Really bright. Highly recommend and Otterbox never disappoints!

I bought this about a month ago and I am very glad I did. I like that it has the belt holder as it makes carrying it very handy. I like the different colors that were offered. I chose the pink so that my phone would be easy to spot. I have all ready dropped the phone and this protected it very well.

I had to buy a replacement holster because the first one broke, I wish the plastic would be a little more durable. The otter box site is the only place I could find just the holster piece without having to purchase the entire case again. It was fast shipping and a perfect match to my phone
