OtterBox Defender Case for Apple iPhone 5/5s/SE, Black

This will be the 2nd Otterbox Defender case for phone. The first case i got when the phone was new. 3 years of many hard drops and lots of splashes The Otterbox Defender has been kept this phone safe. Maybe ill get 3 more with the new case?

I purchased this several years ago to protect my iPhone SE. The protective screen got a few scratches over the years so I purchased a replacement. The phone under the protective cover looks like new. I'll keep using this until the phone gives out or I finally upgrade to something new.

It was not the product I wanted. I thought I was buying a case to fit my new SE iPhone however it fit my old iPhone 5. There needs to be a way to distinguish for the consumer the case that fits this most current SE iPhone.

This is my second Defender case for my phone. I beat the first one up for several years. But even when it was finally falling apart, it protected my phone. I can't ask for more. So I bought another one. I am confident my phone will remain safe for years to come.

I have bought an Otterbox for every phone that I have ever owned. I spend a lot of time on construction sites and in the outdoors, so my phone is subject to some rough treatment and occasionally gets dropped. I have never had any damage to my phones in an Otterbox. One phone even survived a twenty foot fall from a roof. No way would I have a cell phone without an Otterbox. They sent me the wrong case at first. Called customer service and the agent was very friendly and helpful. The return was fast and easy. Had my new case in a couple of days.

Why would you trust your phone in anything else? OtterBox is a proven product to protect your phone. Owning an expensive phone and not protecting it from harm is like driving your car without brakes. Protect your phone and protect your investment and give yourself one less thing to worry about.

Really like Otterbox products. Well made and smartly designed. This is my 3rd defender case and my second phone in a number of years. I?ve never had a cracked screen or damaged phone and I?ve dropped it on a number of occasions. I work outside, as well as on work sites, and I work with tools a lot, the only reason I?ve changed the Otterbox is because of persistent wear and tear - considering all that is suffered by the box, it?s understandable that I?ve had to replace it a few times. Will definitely buy again... probably only when I change my phone.

I bought this a while ago and the first time I put the case on my phone, I couldn't open it again, I had to go to a shop and two people had to work to get it open....not impressed. I like the fact that its sturdy but I think it should still be easier to open. It's another case of the security of my defender turned against me! Other than that, the case is true to pictures and does the job of protecting the phone on a daily basis.

I have ALWAYS kept my phone in an Otter Box. This is the third one with this phone - destroyed the Boxes, saved the phone! This one is the sturdiest one, yet. LOVE Otter Box. (Could do without all the subsequent emails, though. Can't find where to opt out!)

I had an Otter Box before and somehow broke the clip. I enjoy using it when working out cuz I don’t always have pockets or worried my phone might not stay put in them. I am always confident that the otter box has my phone.

I just purchased my first Otterbox. I am pleased with the protective features and also the cute appearance. I owned a knock off Otterbox previously. When I purchased it the salesperson said it was exactly like an Otterbox. That was not ture. It was not nearly as durable and well made.

As a landscaper I needed a very durable case and this ticks all the boxes. Hard wearing and the screen protector is great. Only issue I have had is the rubber seal around the bottom side of the case will not secure properly and has been that way since purchased. It looks like it has warped. Apart from that defect a great product I would recommend to any trades man

I was always skeptical about otter box and hated to spend that much money just on a phone case . HOWEVER after my phone getting dings and dents constantly I caved and bought a otter box and I don’t and never will regret buying one ! It’s like locking my phone in a mini safe! I’m beyond impressed with the durability of the case and the clarity of the built in screen protector! The first day I had it on my phone I accidentally threw my phone against the wall due to my arm being bummed and I’m certain it would have completely smashed my phone if not for my otter box! ??
