I bought this a month ago . Still works fine But my question is why the 12 pro max otterbox case is not orange . Camo in the back and in the front black .i would love to see camo in the back and orange in the front . For the iPhone 12 Pro Max .but is orange for the iPhone 11 and 11 pro max . Plz can y?all fix it .for I can buy my iPhone 12 Pro Max camo in the back and orange in the front love to see that.

I had my iphone in my Outter Box while I was working on my 4 wheeler. I needed the Flashlight on my phone so I placed it in the tread of the tire and forgot about it when I was done. I started my 4 wheeler and drove away. After, I realized I ran it over and I thought i cracked it or broke it. I picked it up and It didn't have a scratch on it. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for an Outter box phone Case.

My husband is a tow truck driver and has always had an otter box for ever iPhone for the past 20 years he loved them an they always held up to his expectations, But for the new cases an definitely the holsters for the 12 pro max an 13 pro max they really suck! The phone falls out of the holster ever time he turns around, he?s had to have camera lenses replaced multiple times and a new screen protector ever 2-3 weeks it just falls out with the slightest of movements, he?s even ran it over with numerous vehicles due to this issue. Definitely disappointed!

This my second one love, the durable and how it protects my phone. Unfortunately the teal color gets dirty very fast. But still a great product for iPhones. Can someone contact me in customer service I need to return an OtterBox that was ordered wrongly. Please!!!

Have you ever had your phone ran over by a car try a semi Truck I have all I saw was tire tracks , no damage no broken screen and worked great just like nothing happened to it . I never buy a new I- Phone without coveening my investment with a defender

I bought this to day after seeing that it would let phone charge with it on. I tried it with two different chargers. Neither one would get it to charge. I have to take the case off of my IPhone 12pro max so it can charge. Disappointed.

I purchased this Otterbox Defender Series for my iPhone 12 Pro Max and it was a great Buy all around. It?s a very Excellent product for protecting my cell phone. However, I did not like the new design where the sides of the case covers the sides of the screen. The sides are now flatter and I think pose a more potential risk for screen problems when the phone is dropped. I preferred the previous full 360 depth of edge around the screen. Not just the top and bottom. If Otterbox would return to that design, that would be great!! Does anyone see what I?m referring to and do you agree?? Thanks for your response.

Has nothing to protect the screen. Phone seems to want to take photos and videos when it?s in my shirt pocket. Didn?t have this with the iphone7 defender. But I?m paying the same price. I?ll have to look elsewhere for something durable.
