Defender Case for iPad
Love my otter box ipad case, 2 in 1. If I drop my iPad, I know it is safely secured

Plastic part is a nightmare
Rubber part that holds the iPad is good but the plastic part that holds the rubber part is a nightmare it constantly breaks and can't ever sit right it's just a mess to deal with,if that part was fixed it would be perfect.

A few drawbacks but overall functional
The case fits well and is attractive. Clipping the hard plastic core int the back of the case during use gives a very sturdy setup. Without the hard shell I am concerned that the case is quite flexible.
The protective cover over the screen is functional and protective.
The volume buttons don't work well with the case but I don't know how it could be built differently, more an iPad issue than case issue.

Great Case
I purchased this case for my son's new iPad and it is made very well and slim so it is not bulky at all. His only complaint is that it is not easy to pull the cover off the case. He is hoping that over time it will loosen up a bit and become easier.

Review of case
The case itself is amazing, durable and feels like it could hold up to an accidental drop. Although the weight is considerably noticed, the stand meant to allow you to utilize the iPad comfortably isn't the easiest to open, adjust or close and feels a bit flimsy, potential for malfunctioning/breaking. If there was a way to create the same durable case with lighter materials (Carbon fiber) and to create a smoother user friendly kick stand?this case just may be perfect. Absolutely love the screen protected already on the case, makes for easy cleaning and zero worries about scratching the iPad glass. Overall, I'd give this case 3 of 5 stars due to the aforementioned details.

Poor customer service
I never received the product that they said had shipped. Next thing I know, I get a back order email. I ordered it a month ago and it apparently shipped out but now it is back ordered!?!?

In my opinion, very light, comfortable, and extremely durable. First time with Otterbox and considering for other devices.

Cheap stand
The plastic exterior stand is cheap. It's hard to move the folding piece and feels like it will easily break. For the money, it's disappointing.

Super A16 Case
This is a well made?and well thought out protective case for my new 2025 IPad.
A little heavy at first blush,but appreciated for the RUGGEDNESS!
I especially like the blue color match to my IPhone DefenderCase(the addition of the clear screen protector is a real PLUS-no need to worry about damaging sensitive Apple glass screen coatings) Buy it!

Very useful for watching movies, streaming and so.
I love how compact it is compared to previous versions the stand is built in so if you carry it with the cover in the back the stand just flips open.

Defender iPad Case is bulky, heavy, and sharp.
The order took over 2 weeks to arrive after I ordered it online.
The installation instructions were fairly poor and the number of steps involved seemed burdensome and excessive.
The iPad is well protected, but now extremely bulky and heavy. There are several areas that are quite sharp to the touch.
I would probably order a different protective case next time due to the weight and sharp edges.

Go back to the way you had made them
I had one of your much older ones where the bottom pops in the inside and turn it and put it on the shelf versus the flimsy back that you raise out that's plastic. I find it extremely hard to work with and very cheap for the price.

screen touch is hard
It's sturdy but using the iPad screen makes it feel like you really have to bang on it and push hard, not the greatest for functional use. Screen is much less sensitive to touch now

Just awful, don't buy
This case is awful. The stand is so difficult to open and close. I struggle with it every time I want to change the position and it feels like it will break at anytime. Definitely not worth the amount I paid for this case.

Repeat customer
The case itself is well made and durable however, the plastic part in the back that allows for the ipad to stand up does not move smoothly and was hard to open and close. I have purchased defender ipad cases in the past and the stand was much easier to operate. I was not impressed with the latest one.

Rugged Protection for my new iPad.
The Defender series always provides rugged protection for my iPads. Ended up not using the snap on plastic case/ stand since I primarily use in the my lap, not on a flat service. Removing this may reduce some of the protection but makes it a lot less bulky.

Stubborn Stand
This is my third Defender series case for an iPad and needless to say I have been always been pleased with the quality of the product. This one is good with the exception of the stand. I watched the video online on how to set it up but I found it extremely difficult to open up as did fellow family members. As for now, I have been using my previous stand and just using the new one for travel.

Bad Design
Don't like not being able to store the apple pencil smoothly. The apple pencil doesn't fit properly. You have to remove the back case to remove the pencil. Otherwise you will break the pencil. Also, tha camera is block by the backing of the case
