Great for the cost but could be improved
The phone holder works well and holds on the controller firmly too, however it would be nice if the arm between the phone and controller had a little more range of motion. If laying down on a couch or in bed, the phone can't tip back very far so it is incredibly front heavy and places a lot of torque on your wrists which quickly gets very uncomfortable. Overall, it's a great design and well built for a reasonable price but could be slightly improved.

Great build quality!
This phone clip is awesome! It holds my 15 pro very well and doesn't loosen up over time. My only gripe is that the color scheme is kinda ugly. A solid black design would be nice. Highly recommend!!!

Too heavy
When Phone is clipped in it is positioned too high over controller making it heavy overall for comfortable game play. There is no way to adjust to balance the weight between controller and additional phone as some clips offer different adjustable points.

Pricey But Worth It
This clip though expensive is much better than the cheaper ones I got off Amazon. It sits on the controller in a way where it doesn't feel heavy or strain your wrists. Also gives you easy access to all buttons on top of the controller still.

Design is unstable, broke in a week
The swivel isn?t designed well and fell off after being adjusted only a handful of times. Have to pay shipping if you warranty or return this product? I?d save your money. Was really hopeful it was worth spending extra on otterbox but feel like I got stuck with something that doesn?t work well, and not sure if worth replacing. No plastic was broken, the swivel just slipped out of its joint and no longer works.

Much better than other mounts (I've had many)
I have tried every mount I could find for the XBox Series X controller- even the one that Microsoft said worked with it, when it really only worked on the XBox One controller (the two controllers are different sizes.
After using them all (99% I've literally bought all of them), I can tell you that this is the only one I actually use. It fits snug, holds the phone perfectly, wherever I want, which makes using it way more comfortable because I can balance the weight.
The only thing I'd change is the phone mount's claws. As with most mounts, this one pushes the volume button on my Pixel 5 when the phone is centered in the clamp. How would I address this? Not sure. For now, I just flip the phone around so that the volume buttons are on the bottom.

Honestly love it.

Works for my S21 Ultra
I put my S21 ultra with an Otterbox case. It works really well, mine didn't come with instructions but I figured it out quickly. It's really simple to setup. It is also easy to adjust and the top part is easily removed.I can't wait to play games on steam link or mobile with it. Would recommend to anyone who needs a mobile gaming clip.

If your into xbox mobile gaming or other mobile games I highly recommend this accessory. The only thing I don't like is that the instructions for installing it on your controller are not real clear.

I've been looking for a mobile gaming clip since Microsoft announced the open availability of Xbox Cloud Streaming. This clip is the most expensive I've seen, but it feels worth it. The clip mounts securely, adjusts easily, and fits both Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S controllers. The best part is that it fits with Otterbox's mobile gaming case (which is great. I recommend this clip.

Reliable Mobile Gaming
I've been playing on Xbox's XCloud for months, and this is the device that makes playing Xbox Games on my phone a convenient reality. I especially loved the spring loaded adjustable clip that works with multiple sizes of phones, so I won't have to worry if this will work with my next phone.

By far the best Xbox Controller clip
This is so far the best Xbox Controller clip I have ever used. There could be a little improvement though. It strains the wrist when laying down to lay using this with a heavy phone like the S21 Ultra in it's Otterbox Defender case. I had to put the clip on backwards to find a comfortable play style. It is a little cumbersome with the adjustments. It only bends so far before hitting a limit. The PowerA Moga clip actually is a little better and cheaper. I have both. However, this Otterbox clip supports all Xbox Controllers and has support for bigger phones and even while they are in a huge case it easily fits. The PowerA Moga barely fits bigger phones in a Otterbox case. I broke the PowerA Moga clip a couple times.
