Beautiful and powerful. I had another that I gave to someone as a gift. Devices charge so quickly seems like it has battery for days to charge your phone, tablet or whatever.

This is awesome! Takes a while to charge but has a LOT of battery for charging iPhone and iPad. I strongly recommend and still can fit in your pocket.

Very disappointing and disrespectful to receive a used product when paying for a new one. I received a product that was clearly returned not new! It had marks and scratches. I emailed customer service the next day for a refund and never received a response. When I tried to charge it because only one light was on, it wouldn't charge even after a whole 24 hours of being plugged in. I just waisted almost $60 and my time. Do not buy!!!

Works great! I used it on a 7 day river rafting trip. Topped off my phone every night. Not sure it would last for 6 nights since the river ate my phone on day 5. :o( The best thing is the ability to charge from the C or A port. I have another that has both ports but the C port is only for charging the battery. It drained my laptop when I tried to charge it.

I've bought three power banks of this type and they never disappoint. I have the 15 mah capacity just like the ones I bought for my father and little brother. But my bank has the wireless charging pad, which is so handy when you forget to bring a charging cord, but the wireless charger is not MagSafe so secure your phone as it might slide around while taking tight turns in a car and such. The fast 18 watt charging on all of them is very nice, as you don't have to wait long for it to charge. And the 15 mah battery is a monster charging my iPhone 13 Pro over 5 times from dead. 10/10 Would buy again in a instant.

This is my first OtterBox powerbank. It has a fast charge for the power box. With usbc charge the my iPhone 13 Pro charges real quick. It is a sturdy built.

If you're looking for a portable charger that's very reliable I highly recommend this Power Bank made by Otterbox. Yes it's pricey but you get what you pay for with Otterbox. Such a well respected brand that's been around forever, you just can't go wrong with Otterbox. 10/10 would recommend this power bank to everyone.

First several uses are great. No issues what so ever, then it will randomly stop charging your device. Swapped out the cords it came with and that didn't fix the issue. I won't be calling the CS team for a replacement after seeing many others have the same issue as me. I will buy a different portable charger.

Not recommend, i ised it for about 2 weeks and it decided to stop charging, it says its fully charged but ive tried every cord and nothing is working. It also has never wirelessly charged like it said in the description

I am an Otterbox fan, have been using their cases for years and had nothing but great experiences even when their products fail. This power bank turns off automatically after about 15-20 minutes when trying to charge anything.

I've always been iffy on chargers but this one is rock solid and you can get a full phone charge out of it multiple times as well as charging a tablet. To fully charge it takes about an overnight to me though.

Charged just fine but I had to find a spare cable because mine did not come with one. Received it on my birthday June 8 and later that night I opened it up to get it charged and no where in Bthe packaging was there a charging cable. Assume I got a bad one.

With a good review on Engagets, I it bought to take on a trip. Yesterday, it began to overheat while charging, so of course I stopped at even less than an hour. Today I brought it to work so I could keep an eye. Four hours of charging and it's not past the first light. I'll have to return it to Amazon after my trip.

I haven't been using the 10000 mHa fast charger long enough to give it a five star rating; however, I like being able to charge my phone when there's no wall outlet or car charger available. It has been holding a full charge for about four days now, and I'm not sure how long it will take to charge my iPhone as I just started charging my phone today (06/03), Customer Service is good - it did take them a couple of days to answer my question; but, I wasn't in a hurry for an immediate answer.
