I love the design and have had great experiences with otterbox purchases in the past however this case started to cracked from the middle under the pop socket. It was replaced for a new one and the replacement one has cracked in the same place.

The pop socket is perfectly placed. I got tired of my regular pop sockets breaking that were attached to a different standard Otterbox so I got this case. It fits my hand well and balances just right when set down. The colors are so happy on the lemon one and matches my yellow iPhone 11 beautifully. Love it!

The case is really good, great for me to use one hand and be able to stretch my hand across the screen using the popet to hold the phone.

Pretty, and I love pop sockets, but mine quickly cracked. Got it replaced and the second one also cracked. Without a terribly hard drop. Unfortunately, I?d never purchase again.

I had this case for my iPhone SE and really liked it. When it was time for a new case for my wife?s iPhone 11, she decided on the same case based on my feedback. We were very disappointed when we received and installed her new case because the pop-socket on the iPhone 11 case does not properly prop the phone up like it does (very well for the SE. It takes a lot of adjustment to make it prop up for the 11 case and is very, very unstable, to the point of being useless. I?m sure the protection is fine, though.

I had the purple one for two years. It was still in good shape. But I wanted to change. Now I have a pink one I?m looking forward to it lasting another two years before I get tired of it. My husband works out of town and we often video call him and I have toddlers who like to throw my phone around and after two years like I said the purple one was still a good condition I just got tired of it so I got the pink one.

If you have larger hands, this case will not work well for you. I was really excited because I love popsockets and I was like best of both worlds with it built in. Well.....I got it and my hand doesn't fit to hold it. The socket is sunk into the case so you lose depth on the pop socket.

I liked the case. LOVED the colour. My dissatisfaction with this case is it didn?t hold the phone up on its side the way a Defender does with a pop socket super glued to it. Pop sockets has a stand that solves this problem tho. Once my case lived it?s life I switched back to the defender and glue cuz I can?t live without either :

I bought this case about two weeks ago, and I love everything about it other than the fact that the pop socket won?t stay open when you try to stand it on its side. It?s frustrating when your trying to watch something.

Both my husband & I bought this case because of the built in pop socket but I'm returning it. When the socket is out the phone is supposed to lean on it's side but it just falls over. One side stands better than the other but if you breathe it also falls over. SOOO DISAPPOINTING!!!

I love my otter case for my iphone, which I knew I would, for the protection for my phone and the peace of mind I have knowing my investment is safe. This specific case has an added bonus with the pop socket built in so I have a place to have a good grip on my phone when I need to hold it in my hand, but it goes back in when I stick it in my pocket. Plus I can change the pop up to different ones to add my own touch of personality.

I got this a few weeks ago and like it. The down side is that due to the thickness I can?t use it with my standing charger. It has to be plugged in.

Bought this case direct from Otterbox The case fits my iPhone 12 perfectly and looks great too. Especially in the white color. But surprisingly the pop socket does not function as a kick stand. When popped out, the phone just falls over onto its back. One would think this was tested, but it appears not. It?s not the biggest deal, but it is a little disappointing.

I have a Blackberry (BB Z30 that I purchased in 2013. It still works after having been dropped more times than I can count. And why has it still worked after all of these years? ONLY one reason - because I bought an Otterbox at the same time as i purchased my BB. BUY ONE people!! I bought my iphone 11 and decided im not trying to replace it any sooner than necessary and opted to buy this case. I love the case, although while looking at my phone with the case on it i am able to see the colored backing of my iPhone which makes me slightly nervous about if the back will crack if dropped just right.. the pop socket piece of it is nice, although feels small with my fingers holding it due to the design that allows it to lay flat when closed. Maybe for otter + pop make the pop socket with an additional ?pop? to better fit fingers? Other than that it is a very nice case!

I purchased this PopSocket for my iPhone 11 knowing that it would protect my expensive investment. I love the feel of this case in my hand and the PopSocket makes it feel secure while holding. And the fact that this makes the phone able to sit on it?s side is an added bonus!

I?ve dropped my phone off counters and tables 5 ft and higher with this case on and not a single crack or scratch. The pop socket is so convenient and really comes in handy when Im trying to watch Netflix. Definitely recommend!!!

I bought this phone case a few weeks ago. I ordered it around a month and a half ago and the delivery time was set to about 3-4 weeks out. I was bummed but it arrived early and have thoroughly enjoyed the case since! A couple of my friends had the same case and I loved the design and feel and have not been dissatisfied at all.
