OtterBox Otter + Pop Symmetry Case for iPhone 11 Pro, Howler

Very substantial phone case. It is applied in two parts and feels like it could protect my iPhone from any trauma. The rim is raised enough to prevent the screen from being hit if you drop it. There is a flap that covers the charging port and keeps it much cleaner than my last case.

I?ve always been a fan of otter boxes, even had one all the way back to my iPod touch 4th gen when those first came out. But after the other day, I know for sure why I choose Otterbox. I was getting my kids? stroller out of the trunk and had sat my keys and phone down on a flat spot where the trunk comes down. After getting his stroller out I forgot about my phone and keys and went to shut the trunk, I tried shutting it twice unsure of why it wasn?t closing so I slammed it down the 3rd time? then I saw the corner of my phone sticking out. I immediately scrambled to open up my trunk and was so thankful to see my phone unharmed. It would be a 5-star review but like many others, the pop socket part struggles to stay where I put it while trying to prop it up or just puts the phone at a weird angle. Thank you for providing such great protection Otterbox.

I’ve had this Otterbox on my phone since day 1, just like every phone before it. An excellent case. I was, however, EXTREMELY disappointed to find that it did not include a holster, as this is my primary means of carrying the phone. I was EVEN MORE disappointed to find that the included code for a “free” holster was of no use to me since they are back ordered. I’ve since sourced a cheap, brandless holster from a third party seller to hold me over until they are available directly from Otterbox. I understand that this is due to the socio-political atmosphere and the measures that Otterbox has taken to protect its staff, but it is an inconvenience nonetheless.

I have had my case for about 10 days now and ever since I have had it, the pop top comes off without having to push it in. The pop top just comes off in my pockets and when I am using it. The main reason why I wanted this phone case was because of the pop socket. I’m afraid I will loss the pop top. I have used otter boxes since 2011, they have not failed me, but this product made me a little sad.

I have used Otter products in the past and they have exceeded my expectations every time. One thing I would change or add is instructions for installation. I purchased one for me and my wife for our new phones and I went immediately to search YouTube for installation instructions while my wife was shaking the box for paper instructions. She felt strongly instructions should be included regardless of the availability of a Youtube tutorial. Great product!

love the case and glass for the screen. fits perfect all controls and voice easily heard. one suggestion would be put a big red note in asking people to watch video on how to install. luckily I had a friend that told me to do that. you had nothing in the case to tell us that. you will break your phone trying to get it in the case if you don't watch video

I have always used Otterbox products to protect my phones. This one with the addition of the pop socket is great. Keeps a better grip on my phone.

Not having used a pop socket before, I was a little unsure of getting the otter box with pop socket...I am so glad I did! I love it! Otter box always keeps my phone safe, which is great since I tend to drop it so much.

I bought this for my husband and had to look up the instructions on how to install the phone into the box. There was absolutely no instructions included. I have one for my phone, and tried the same method, and almost ruined the phone and the box trying to jam the phone into the inflexible otter box. I will never buy again if you don't respond back that you are including instructions for future models. Thank god for youtube or else you would be replacing a phone or another box.

Love our otter box defenders over the years. Apparently the new model is “screenless” (as opposed to having the plastic screen built in to the case so I had to go and buy a $40 glass screen protector. That was disappointing.

I bought this two weeks ago and was not thrilled about the lack of color choices to begin with, but was very disappointed once I received it and there was NO cover for the face of the phone! So $79 down the drain when I could have gone with an entirely different company that has a great selection, provides a cover for the face of the phone, and less than half the price I paid. They are rated as good as Otter if not better. I will be using the other company in the future sorry Otter y’all have lost a customer.

Oh well, I am using otterbox cases since I was using iPhone 4s. But I started ordering online when I am already using 6s Plus. All kind of their cases never failed. My phones are always been protected. Defender series is my favorite. The only series that I haven't tried is the Pursuit series.

I got this a few weeks ago for my new iPhone 11 Pro. I had one for my old iPhone 8+ and loved it. It fits well and looks great. I’ve swapped out the grip with other grips and it all stays fine, doesn’t fall off! I’ve even dropped my phone a few times cause of my toddler and it’s always ok.

It's big & bulky, but I'm confident my phone will be okay if I dropped it. I went with the 11 Pro over the Pro Max because I wanted to use one hand again, and the Otter Pop is perfect for that. I wish they made a clear version, and the car vent mount by Pop Socket is pretty worthless, the phone keeps flipping over.

Bought to wrap my iPhone11 Pro in it. Overall seems to be a decent product thus far. An attachable cord wrist holder could be a nice feature though, which it’s lacking

This is my second Otterbox Defender and it's a great case. It's not small, it makes the already large iPhone11 Pro bigger and it is a tight squeeze in my pocket but it is the best at protecting the phone, front and back. The two layer design is great protection for the screen and the camera as it is elevated. Only thing missing is a clear how-to for disassembling the case and inserting the phone.
