I bought it a 2 weeks ago and it’s great but the bottom part that covers the charger hole is wearing off and ripping. Idk why but its not that big of a deal. Everything else is good

Case came with scratches all over the back panel. Not satisified as the product being sold should be brand new.

I could not be happier with the Pursuit Series. It's truly innovative and changed a product that I loved (Defender Series to something more refined. It's light, protective for as rugged use as possible and makes my phone easier to use in all aspects. Completely worth the price, in my view after one week of use. Great job and thank you, OtterBox!

I returned this case a week after purchase. Putting the thing on my phone was a nightmare- both the port cover and plastic switch that switches the ringer on and off - fell off while I was trying to put the case on. There's no screen protection whatsoever, and the case itself wasn't much more protective than the inner case of my Defender series case. For the price tag I expected much higher quality. I purchased and returned two cases at the same time. I was rather disappointed that Otterbox customer service didn't inquire as to why. I know if it was my product I'd be concerned why my customer was unhappy with it so soon after purchase.

I bought this case for my husband and he loves it. It is very sturdy but slim enough as to not be bothersome. He needs something sturdy but not bulky and this is perfect and in black it looks very businesslike. Well worth every cent.

I really do like it. It's slim and fits nicely in my hand! the only thing that I have found that when turning the phone off you really have to push very hard...perhaps because it's new.

It is extremely durable. We have a new puppy at home that likes to chew on everything. Buttt this case has done everything to cover it and protect it! Its taken huge tumbles and gotten knocked into the snow many times. Its very solid and was a struggle to take apart in order to check the damage. And there was none!

The pusuirt series case is quick to take on and off for cleaning its a sleak and durable case if properly taken care of ie; the charger dust cover and mute switch. I do wish there were more colour options and customizations it would broaden the brands appeal to new customers.

I bought this case about a month or so ago I love it, I had no problem with the volume/silence switch on the iPhone, you just have to make sure it goes into the slot correctly. It’s not bulky and I love that, and it still protects the phone really well. I’ve had no problems with the case at all. It is slightly slippery because there is no rubber material on the back. But I haven’t had any issues with it.

Great case, is sturdy and holds phone well. The harder materials used make it fit the phone snugly and isn't bulky in my pocket, and is easy to retrieve without sticking to my pocket. I'm not currently using the lanyard, but may put it on when I go skiing or am doing other activities where the change of dropping/ losing the phone is much higher. I have not had any issues with the mute switch, but you do have to make sure it's set up correctly when installing the case on the phone.

I bought this case on the recommendation from a friend. It's a little bit hard to install which is fine, however, the bottom rubber broke off instantly when I was trying to put in the Power cord.

The Pursuit is a significant upgrade to the Otter Box I had on my IPhone 5. No problems installing it or using phone functions after installation.

I bought this case about a month ago. I was a bit worried about the voice quality, with the ports being covered. The wrap around volume ports work great! I am excited to be able to use this new case in the desert. I have had problems in the past with the speakers getting destroyed due to all the dust. That will be my true test. I also like the optional little strap that it comes with this case.

I bought this case to try something different. I like the slim design and the fact that the screen is open and accessible. I have a glass screen protector, s it's all good and fits well within the frame of the case. Ports are accessible and the rubberized sides make it easy to hold. Overall I'm impressed. Have had no issues with the on/off ringer switch that others have written about. Maybe Otter fixed the design? Not sure, but mine worked from day one.

Purchased the Desert Spring colored IPhone 7 case. Buttons for volume and on/off switch extremely difficult to use. Almost impossible to use. Reinstalled case a couple of times to make sure it was correct, no change. Also- Desert Spring color picks up the dye from clothing when carried in blue jeans. Very disappointed with purchase unfortunately. Switched back to case from another manufacturer.

I purchased the Otterbox Pursuit after having to replace my iPhone 7 because of a cracked front glass. I've since had to re open the case to adjust a part of it, the rubber lightning port cover when I mistakenly pulled on it instead of the lanyard. The case came apart easily and went back together just as easily, with no broken parts. That was impressive. I've yet to drop the phone (the ultimate test!) but I am very happy with my choice! A really well put together product, and therefore, I don't complain about the price.

I purchased 4 of these for 4 new iPhone 8's for the family. The case has been great short of one item, it's a bit slick, slips out of the hand / off desk etc. with a little bit of rubber grip this case could be perfect for us.

The charging cover, the tight fit helps to keep the dirt out. What a great idea. Also, the wrist band is also a great idea to wrap the band around your wrist to secure the phone while taking photos or other activities. Function, over form, protects the phone. Otter has been the only case I have had for my other iPhone. No problems w/ the side buttons, as mentioned in other reviews. Great protection!
