I bought this case a long time ago but needed to get another one as the one I had was wearing down with time. During the time using this case, I dropped my phone PPENTY OF TIMES, and it never even got a scratch. Otter box has by far the best cases and products for phones and I would highly recommend you buy their cases

I bought this about a month ago and have been nothing but pleased. I have always loved my otterbox?s. It?s hard to find a case that is protective and is slippery enough to fit in my pocket when needed. Love it !

After years of use, my previous otterbox broke. The earlier version of this item was two pieces: a hard backing & a rubbery frame. It was difficult to take apart & reassemble to clean it. The one-piece design of this model is so much nicer! It is easy to put on & take off when needed. I love the sparkles, too!

I?m writing this review because my good friend just dropped her new iPhone yesterday and shattered the screen. I realized I?ve never had to worry about that and thought it was time to leave a review. I bought my iPhone 7+ and otterbox at the same time in 2016. I?m still using the iPhone 7+ In 2021 and totally credit the otterbox. I?ve only taken it off occasionally to clean but it?s always been on my phone. I am a self proclaimed clumsy person and drop my phone 24/7 - I?ve never felt like I?ve needed to worry about it screen cracking or damage to the phone. If you?re serious about keeping your phone safe - get the otterbox.

I bought this to replace my original Symmetry case which was 3 1/2 years old. Over 3 years of wear and tear, the original case had a couple cracks from drops but still did its job. My iPhone looks like new in its new Symmetry case!

Overall, the case is cute and I think it does a good job protecting my phone. However, the plastic is hard and hurts my ear when I actually talk on the phone and it has a few small scratches already. It?s not so bad that I?m looking to replace it though.

My old covers (Otter Box) always turn yellow after awhile, so I just order a new ones. The shipping time from here (Castle Rock) should be no more than 2 days, not a week. All the other covers came over night. I could have walk up to Fort Collins and just picked it up.

A couple years ago maybe 2 I got a case from here and I was so excited because they were popular at that time and when I got it in the mail it came really scratched up and I didn?t write a review cause I did not know that you could do that but I don?t recommend

I went a year with the defender for a year - love it for the protection, but hated the size! Had to carry in my hand because it wouldn't fit in my pocket. The Symmetry is ideal for me! Sturdy back and side case that is not too big. If you don't drop (throw your phone around daily - get this case

Case is cute and fits very tight and flush, and makes my phone feel safe. Buttons work very smoothly. Lost a star because only after a couple of weeks the plastic at the back is all scratched up from being laid down on regular surfaces and normal usage, which has ruined the cute design!

The customer service is horrible, the case looks like a $5 case but actually cost over $70 Canadian with shipping. The buttons on the side are very hard to push, very hard to turn phone off, bothers fingers and the top where the phone touches your ear/hair has a slight plastic framing that sticks out and is a bit sharp. Horrible design. The plastic itself is supper slippery and has no grip. I had a similar phone case for years and the transparent plastic was comfortable to hold, not slippery. I do not want to be contacted by their customer service to let me know they are sorry for the bad experience. My apologies.

I have always used Otter Box phone cases so I knew when my last one broke, I would replace it with another Otter Box. I really like the clear case and the sturdiness of it. My only complaint is that it is difficult to press the volume buttons and the sleep buttons. I take a lot of screenshots and it takes several attempts and a lot of strength to do it. I still would take the sturdiness over the inconvenience of pressing the buttons harder. I would buy it again.

Love the color and slim line of the case! it is durable and has protected the phone when it was dropped. The only problem is that there are already several scratches on the back of the case. With just normal wear and tear - putting it in my purse, it is very scratched up.

I used to swear by otter boxes. This one is open on one end. No plastic under casing and no screen protection. You can buy one just like this for $9.99 on Amazon that comes with a kickstand which I found out later much to my chagrin. What happened to the high end original quality otter boxes. That’s what I was expecting. .

I’m usually very happy with all the otterbox cases I buy, but this one doesn’t seem like it’s going to hold up well. I’ve had it for about two weeks and the edges are looking pretty beat up and worn already. Also the back had a TON of scratches on it after I had it for just an hour. It was just from setting it down on tables. Kind of disappointed; just wasn’t expecting this quality from otterbox.
