This is my second Strada case. I'm a wildfire photographer. My gear goes through abuse you couldn't imagine on the fireline. After over a year of abuse, my over-priced iPhone Pro has ZERO dings on it. Not one. The flap on this case has a magnetic clasp, and every time I drop it, that flap has miraculously prevented it from damage like an armadillo...it snaps shut in midair, and not a scratch. And I've dropped it a LOT. I've been hit by retardant, water, ash, embers...this thing is magical. AND it's very handsome and classy looking. I had to get a new one because after a year on the fire line, the flap with the magnet got worn out. I'm amazed it lasted that long. I bought 2 this time. I love this case. I've tried tons of cases, this is the most exceptional at protecting the phone and has lasted longer than any other I've had, by a LOT, and it's just really classy looking. The leather totally outperforms plastics. No contest.

Just Right

My kids make fun of my flip top phone cover.  But hey, I break stuff and don't like people seeing my phone face.  I love the way it magnet closes with an audible snap. Also dig the way the diagonal cut biz card pocket works... placing it at center of the panel with a place for the thumb to scooch the contents up. Love the style and color of this phone case. Thought the flap across the front of my screen would be great as added protection, which it is. But I find that it’s most often just in my way. I can flip it open and the magnet holds great, but it covers the camera lenses. To take a picture, I have the open flap awkwardly in my way. And the camera will not charge wirelessly in this case no matter what — open or closed. Maybe it’s the magnetic back?  Not sure.

Otter Box phone cases do exactly what they are expected to do That is Protect your phone(s. I have used Otter Box products for over 20 years and have never been disappointed in their ability to protect our phones. My family will only use Otter Box on our phones...

What I don’t like how the Pink shimmer color is holding up as it shows dirt very easily. On the opposite side, the case is very grippy. 

Designers should look into cases that will have all the amenities but offer colors that enhance the look not distract from it.

Have a few week's now and not overly impressed. Certainly keeps the phone protected but the cover of the case scrapes really easily and starts to look worn very quickly.

Just OK

I bought it for my 11 pro iPhone. It complements the rose gold on my phone. It’s very easy to snap in the phone and secure enough so it won’t fall out. I was afraid the sides were too sharp from reading some reviews but they are not. It does not have sharp edges and won’t cut. They are rigid so they don’t bend in or out but gentle at the same time. I love the card option for when I’m on the go and don’t want to take my wallet or purse. It flaps back easily to talk on the phone and easily closes. So glad I bought it!!

I loved the the Strada I had for my IPhone 6. 
It felt like leather and it fit perfectly. This new one feels cheap and it doesn’t fit my phone properly. The front flap doesn’t fit or close properly and half the time it opens on its own. I bought the brown one first and then the black one. Neither fit properly. So disappointed.

Best IPhone case ever!

Well finished product and was a nice surprise that the color coordinated with the iPhone 11 pro gold.

I received this case and immediately thought I had received the wrong size. The Strada is so much larger than the iPhone itself that it looks like it belongs on the iPhone 11 Pro Max and not the standard size Pro. The materials are very nice, the magnet to keep it folded open is a great touch, however, the case is just too large. There is an excess of materials on every side of the case and as a result it's just uncomfortable to hold. If this case was smaller or sleeker I would give it a higher score. As it stands I would not recommend this case.

Not A Great Fit For iPhone 11 Pro

I have had one for my iPhone  X for more than two years and when I upgraded to iPhone  11 I bought  the relevant Otter Box case. I am convinced it will give me total satisfaction for many years.

Great product

Haven’t dropped my phone yet to know if it really works. Holding it in my hands does not feel great. The outer folio has thin hard edges and cuts into my hands when holding the phone. Doesn’t feel good on hands. I’d rather have smooth rounded edges. Case is thick but not as thick as the other ones. The folio wasn’t designed for standing up in landscape view. I have to carefully prop it up with something behind or under phone. The phone feels like it is held in the case so doesn’t feel like it’ll fall out. It’s okay.

Hard edges

The leather case is really nice and made very well. However, it is a bit cumbersome to use the phone with this type of case, particularly when making and receiving calls. You need to flip the cover to answer a call which is a pain.

I liked it at first until it started making my phone act up. My phone would randomly hang up on phone calls right after I answer them; and sometimes my phone wouldn’t hibernate after I close the phone case

I wouldn’t recommend it

Anytime you buy a portfolio type case, you can expect a little of an inconvenience in the way you handle it. They are hard to manipulate with one hand and this one is no different. When you fold it back, it blocks your camera so you need to hold it with two hands. Who not make a portfolio with a clear and scratch proof cutout? The wallet feature is perfect for your id and a credit card and it’s pretty snug but will loosen over time. The outside of the case is pretty solid and the leather feels good too. If you’re traveling light and want a case to streamline what you need to carry, go with this case. Otherwise, a regular exposed front case may be the better everyday choice.

This is the third Strada folio I have owned and I have loved them in the past but this one does not seal closed like the other ones did the magnet seems to hold the door open slightly and won’t let it close tight.

Very disappointing The front cover on the OtterBox does not seem to fit well in the slightest it curledl up on the base and the top of the flip lid. I have had otterbox before and was very happy with but not this one

This is a really bad product. 
Bad magnet power. I will not see what happen wen drop the phone.
Bad Cover. All Around to much space you see on my photo. A lot of dust comes on the screen. But Finger on a dust screen can made scratches on it. Not a good protection for a very expensive phone. 
Bad Customer support. I had to pay for the return from my product. It means 13.99 that i had a trackingnumber.. 

Where was the quality control at Otterbox?
I never buy a O.B. product anymore.
