Bought this on august in 2020 on Amazon, on the first day it got so Scratch up with toilet paper WITH WATER (not even kidding because i was trying to clean fingerprints and crack on the first 2 months from removing the case often, not from dropping it, never did. Supposely it was Scratch resistant but got Scratch with toilet paper with water. I just tried to get the warranty (yes this late) but whatever. And they have the audacity to charge shipping like i got it for free shipping when i first bought it. This case is trash. (Dont buy)

Just returned this to otterbox his week---not as sturdy as the other Otterbox units we have on our other phone's--We have five phones here in our family everyone with an otterbox! So, we are huge fans and always will be---this was for our daughter who just got ther note 10---Since she is in college I ran to a retailer and picked up the contractor grade Otterbox and we shipped it out to her this AM....Thanks Otterbox for the great products you produce--however this one was too flimsey....

The otterbox took a while to ship,but that's not the vendors fault. However, when I put the case on my Samsung galaxy Note, I was underwhelmed. I've had an otterbox before and this particular case isn't worth the money paid for it. Its easily 20 less than what I paid for it.

The case does look nice. BUT the main reason I purchase an otter box is for the screen protection. This does not come with a screen protector like my previous cases have. My phones have lasted years because of the quality that comes with the cases, but without a screen protector I'm not sure how this will play out. I'm guessing because I have a curved screen the case will not come with a screen protector. As for the case, it is really thin and it does look nice. It does hold a lot of your fingerprints, but it is easy to wipe down. I like to be able to feel the buttons along the side (easier to find the power button and volume without looking at phone, the case the phone store sold me did not have that. There was a couple of scratches inside the case when I received it and it does show through the back.

This is much prettier, sleeker and protective than any other case that I've purchased. My job is procurement of smartphones and cases so I have a lot of experience with a wide array of brands. This is by far the best product I've seen from Otterbox.

This case is beautiful and sturdy. I'm a Defender series fan, so I was pleasantly surprised at how much I liked this case. However, PLEASE make the Defender series with more color options for all Galaxy phones!

I bought this case thinking that it had a front piece and that my screen would be fully protected. I had a similar case for my last phone and the screen cracked when I dropped the phone so I am nervous that the same will happen with this one. I wish OtterBox had other clear case options that would adequately protect both the front and the back of the phone.

This clear case is great to display the actual phone colors. Protective enough for daily use but not as a rugged work case. (We got a protective case for work, also Otterbox. Wish the defender still protected the screen for factory use.... but that is a different issue.) This cover is great.
