I purchased this case at the same time I got my phone and it was great. I had dropped out countless times which without the case the creen would have been cracked. Over time though, the case got yellow and eventually started to crack. I wash the case often to keep it dirt and debris free, but this does not seem to help. I tried using the warranty for another case, but this one is out of stock. I was really trying to avoid a bulky case that squeezes into any pocket (or pull the class boomer move and have it holstered and this one seemed to be a happy medium. Would recommend, but be cautious of the inevitable yellow color and cracking even from perfect care.

Fits perfectly and it's nice and sturdy. I've already dropped my phone several times and it remains in one piece. Yay Otterbox!

Bought this a year ago, beautiful at first, has kept my phone in perfect order even after a few hard drops but unfortunately the case isn't clear anymore. The case has yellowed and doesn't look as nice anymore.

I've had this case for about a year and have loved it, but the softer plastic around the screen has yellowed now.

Very nice case. I've had compliments. I have a white phone & the case shows that off. My only complaint is that the volume buttons are hard to press. And there is ever so slight of a bulge at the bottom of the case at the charger hole.

Got my first one of these cases in Jan 2020. In Oct 2020, the case cracked and Otterbox replaced it. Now the replacement case is also cracked in the exact same spot. Thankfully it has done its job and my phone remains undamaged, but I wish the case held up longer. Also, the case gets browned/yellowed and is impossible to clean.

I brought this case around 2 and half years ago at the sprint store. This case is very durable I drop my phone daily and there is not a single crack on my phone. The only problem with is case is the is a lot of dust in the holes I don't know of that's my fault of the case overall it's a very good case

I thought it would be like my prior one but alas no. This one is not water and dust resistant. All ports are open with no seals. That should have been mentioned in the product description!

It works, no damage to my phone when it's been dropped. However the rubber edges have turned yellow/brown after a few months of use and won't come off no matter how much you clean it.

I switched from the otterbox commuter series case after about a year of wear and tear on it I figured it was time for a new one. I decided to purchase the clear otterbox for my samsung galaxy s10. After the first day of using the case, my phone screen and glass back were both badly cracked from simply spending most the day in my pocket. I continued to use the case for about two weeks, since trying to protect my phone at this point was out the window. What really made me decide to take the case off and throw it out, was that it was yellow stained so bad you couldn't distinguish the tinge from the color of urine after a night of drinking. Just total junk, my phone would've been better off with no case.

Unfortunately, this is the second Otterbox case that I have purchased for my Galaxy S10 phone, which I've only had for around 18 months. It looks good on the phone, and the phone feels good in the hand and in the pocket. It basically serves its protective purpose well . . . to a point. A replacement was warranted because the first one started falling apart--ultimately cracking into two pieces. Weeks later my husband's case met a similar fate. One would expect a $50 piece of plastic to last at least until the phone was payed for, but that was not the case, even for my husband who uses his phone far less often than I do. Why buy a second one when the first one fell apart? Because it was one of the few choices still available for this phone model which has already been superceded by the S 20 and S 21. It was like finding parts for an old car. The only other options were big, bulky, and black, so we each replaced the old ones with new ones, this time fully aware that they will not last more than a year and a half at most. I wish I had taken a photo of the old case before disposing of it, but I never imagined being asked to write a review, let alone one to which I could append photos!

This is my second and third case, number one is still the absolute best it has a mini wallet attached to the back, for when I don't want to carry a purse.My second one now has a pop out stand attached to the back which I love. The third is just it's great self nothing added for everyday and quick charging. This case is perfect, it is light and had a nice non slip end to it. My favorite Otter case ever. Thank you

I needed to make sure that I purchased the case that would withstand the life of a mom of three small children. This is my second case I have purchased from this company and I have yet to be disappointed. They hold up extremely well and fit perfectly.

I bought this case around a month ago for my galaxy S10 and couldn't be happier. The clear back allows the amazing prism colour of the phone to still shine through. Protection is second to none, I feel that I could comfortably drop my phone in this case multiple times or give it to my 3 year old without any worry without it succumbing to any damage. The fit is perfect staying flush with the curved edges of the display but slightly prominent on top and below to protect it if dropped on its face. Lastly it wireless charges and power shares without an issue whilst in the case. My only small gripe is that the back scratches easier due to the clear polished finish but it's really not noticable unless your out to look for scratches in certain light.

Purchased to use with new phone. Really wanted something clear and Otterbox just happened to come out with this one recently. Loving it so far. I does already have a scratch and I'm not sure what from as I'm always very careful about where I put my phone. The bumper around the edges also wasn't as substantial as I was hoping, but for $40 I think the quality is fair overall.
