I've used this case since I first started using a smart phone in mid-2020. I've always been pleased with the performance and protection it provided. It seems this most recent one may have had a small change because I'm finding it difficult to press in the on/off button. Otherwise, it's still a great case. I've always appreciated the clear case because I bought the phone I did because I liked the color. This way, the color isn't lost to a decorative case. Thanks, Otterbox, for producing a strong product.

Charged me full price for warranty item when it should have just charged me shipping. Your system couldn't have just adjusted the amount to refund me the cost of the item ?? going have to pay again to ship it back since I don't want it now. Ended up costing me 2x the price if I were to just buy another new one from Amazon.

I received the wrong size. I tried to get help from the text customer service but was told to call a number. I called the customer service phone number and was on hold for an hour With no one answering or calling me back. I will never order from this company again.

The clear symmetry case has been on my phone perhaps a month, my phone has been dropped twice and there is already a crack in the case- very disappointing! My other otterbox case lasted about 4 years- I can't remember which Otterbox line it came from but it was tough!

The case protects the phone really good.. It fits nice and snug.. But it discolors to quick. MY CASE is already turning yellow brown.

My phone fell out of my purse onto garage floor, and then I accidentally ran over my phone. This Otterbox protected my phone and the phone still functions. There were tire tracks on my phone screen and NO other damage. I WILL DEFINITELY PURCHASE ONLY OTTERBOX IN THE FUTURE!!!!!!!!!!

I absolutely love this case, however, I'm quite disappointed that it's advertised to fit an XS Max. Sure it "fits" but it's not the appropriate cutout for the camera. Would only suit the 11 Pro Max, unless you are going for that look?

I?ve had this code for a year. I got it Christmas of 2021 and now it?s almost Christmas of 2022. About 3 months in there was cracking on the sides and scratches EVERYWHERE on the front. It didn?t keep my screen protector from cracking but I prop my phon Ellie once every 2 weeks so that adds up overtime. It also turned yellow on the sides which went to orange and now it almost looks red. It isn?t just me either cause 2 of my other friends have the same case and theirs did the same ?? sry disappointed

I?ll be honest, the case turns yellow and gets loose around the buttons after a few months of use but so does any other case but it has protected my phone more than the other cases. As someone who?s shattered every phone they?ve had, this one is crack free after over 2 years. I buy this case every single time I need a new one and I plan on buying it for every phone I have in the future.

I bought this case around August 2021 with the knowledge it would turn yellow. It did, but since my phone is black it?s not too visible. Other than that, this case is amazing! I drop my phone all the time and it always survives. Otter box has never disappointed me with their cases.

The first case I purchased from Bestbuy, the silence button is half covered the up volume button was covering both the up/down volume button. The down volume button just touched about half the button. Returned it and got another one. The second case the silence button is at the very bottom of the opening. The volume up button is covering about 3/4 of the up volume buton. The bottom volume button is covering the down volume button the 1/4 of the up volume buttom. When I put the phone down, it tries to call 911 and I have to rush to cancel the call. I am using the case for now while I look for a better design case without all these flaws.

The case definitely lasted multiple falls, and I have prevented my phone from breaking. However, after having this case for a year it got super yellow and it?s stretched out around the buttons. For this price I would say not really worth it.

I love Otterbox cases. I wanted the clear case, so I didn?t have to cover the color of my phone. Now all the edges have turned a brownish yellow color. Great protection, but a poor look over time.

I?ve used otterbox cases for years to protect my phone since I?m constantly dropping it. My last one was clear but not as clear as this one. I love that I can see how pretty my actual phone is with this case. My last one yellowed around the edges which I?m hoping this one doesn?t over time but I?ll just replace it again if it does. Great looking case!

I bought the clear Otterbox case and it looks great. It feels sturdy and I'm confident my phone is protected (I've also put a glass cover on the screen. The postage was quite slow, it took several weeks for me to receive it, which is ok. I've had it for about a month now and there are scratches on the back of the case, I think from being in my bag with my keys?? So it's not great that it's already scratched, not really sure if it's even possible to make a plastic case that doesn't get scratch but my advice would be to make sure you use the phone pocket in your bag if there is one as the case can scratch pretty easily. Otherwise, I'm very happy with the case.

this is supposed to be a high quality product, and, as a result is expensive. Have had several problems. I have an Iphone11 Pro Max 1. It doesn't fit in most magnetic car charger trays because case is too large 2. Case prevents good contact with desktop chargers. I've used several with same results. You must place phone "exactly" in the correct spot to get a connection. I will throw this out, eat the significant cost, and purchase a functional case.
