Good case, exactly what I was lookig for. Accidental drop from waist height. (I'm 5'8") and the case cracked. Mag safe works great. Disappointed in the durability :/

Perfect!!

This is a great case. However it is not as advertised on the Otterbox Website. I wanted "Sleek, MagSafe, and Port Protection". The website recommended Life Proof SEE and Symmetry Series Antimicrobial. I ordered the LifeProof SEE and it did not have port protection.....so I sent it back and ordered the Symmetry Series. Guess what.....it also did not have Port Protection. Otterbox makes great cases but they need to get their programmers up to speed on their products.

When I purchased this I thought it was a one piece case.  I had to purchase a second piece to hold my phone the this folio connects via a magnet which does not hold well.  I will use until I find a onepiece folio.  Very unhappy with this product.

I've had this phone case for over 2 years been dropped many times with barely any cracks to my screen protector and it just now finally broke would suggest buying

iPhone sturdy cover

This is the second case I purchased to be used with the 'Wallet for Magsafe' on my iPhone 13 mini, but the magnet on both Symmetry cases is not strong enough and the wallet comes off the cases easily. I purchased a second one, thinking the first case was damaged, etc. I know it's not the wallet because I accidently attached the wallet to a metal candle lid and had trouble getting it off!  I will be returning the case. I've had the wallet for too long  and not able to return it. I was hoping the newer case would work.

Weak Magnet

This case couldn't last two months.  Bought this to replace Apple MagSafe case two months ago.  Less than 3 foot drop destroyed while in the OtterBox case.

Fits well and is sleek and slim design that is easy to get in and out of pockets.

Overall Otterbox quality, I don't think the embedded rubber at buttons and charging port will last 6 months, same materials as my previous case that only lasted 5 months.

Great Case

This looks like it would be a great case, the quality is great and the details are beautiful, but unfortunately the ones that were sent are not MAGSAFE.  The first one I ordered came and it was Symmetry Series, not Symmetry Series + with MagSafe.  I contacted Otterbox and they sent a second one that was also supposed to be Symmetry Series + withMagSafe, but it wasn't either. The representative I spoke to and I think the description on the website is incorrect, that it should be Symmetry Series Wireless Charging Compatible.  So, if you want the MagSafe case, note that you may not get it.  Otterbox customer service was great and I have the RMA to return both of the cases that were sent to me.

Is Not Magsae

I love that my phone is protected and also works with MagSafe.  My phone goes on all of my runs and I run a lot!  This case keeps it safe and gives me piece of mind.  Additionally, it fits securely on my MagSafe chargers and car adapters.  I love it!

Otterbox plus magsafe equals perfection!

i guess im tough on cases. this one has started completely coming apart, the plastic seems subpar compared to my past ones. i've always had otterboxes, they are the best, which is why even though i don't have a new phone im buying another otter for my 12.  they get top choice still, and despite the plastic cracking and coming off in bits, the phone itself is still fine.

The best, but....

NOT drop safe. The main reason I buy a case is to protect my phone in the event of a drop. I pulled my phone out to clean it today and found that the entire back glass of the phone was shattered. No damage at all to the case. Seeing as this was the most expensive otterbox case I've ever bought, it makes it that much more painful to find a broken phone.

Color is good looking and the design is slim and protects the investment of your phone.  It has a almost grippy type texture which works well.

the color blue was different than expected. It is not just blue, it is a bright colt blue... with no other muted color options!

I have a teen boy who does bmx and mtn biking. The Otter has saved me hundreds of dollars bc it saved his phone.

Pro 12 case

While it does a good job protecting, this case is overpriced and colors are misleading. Also very slippery, I?ve dropped it quite frequently since purchasing. Also, it?s very uncomfortable to hold.

Slim case with MagSafe.  My main concern is that the MagSafe connection doesn't feel to strong. I have dropped my phone and it would fly off. It easily slides off if you move it to the right or left but seems stronger if you left it up.
