I purchased this thinking I could replace my lost wallet as it was made to hold cards and cash. This thing couldn’t hold anything. Slots were extremely tight and was very difficult getting the slotted part out. On top of that their shipping process is slower than expected. Don’t get me started on the return process.

Just purchased they IPhone 8 plus and obviously needed to get a case. I’ve always purchased OTTER BOX. My last phone has the commuter wallet (with the slide out credit card drawer. I was disappointed to see with this new case they made a detachable drawer that you essentially need two hands to remove off of the phone. It also only holds three cards where my other held an additional card. It’s not a terrible design but is certainly a down grade from the previous case. This is a “if it ain’t broke, why fix it” thing. I hope they bring back the other design. I also don’t like how the whole bottom of the phone is uncovered. Why not extend the plastic cover to the base of the phone? Other than that it’s an alright case. Price point is a little steep too....

I have used Otterbox for years and have always enjoyed the durability, quality and functionality of these cases. My shiny new IPhone 7 plus needed the style and protection of an Otterbox and the uniVerse case fits that bill. Since retiring from Tech after 25 years the need to have a durable case with add-on battery capacity as well as camera lenses sold me on this case. The Otterbox legend lives on in our household!

I am pleased with the Otterbox case itself. I love the uniVerse concept. It's very nice. I like the speaker attachment accessory too. I am disappointed with the battery accessory to use with my iPhone 7+. The battery charge doesn't have much "juice". I would have liked a thicker/heavier battery that held a decent charge to do the job. This otterbox case is an investment in the whole system. The one piece I was most interested in was the battery, and its disappointing. I'm considering returning the case and accessories.

Good ridged case, but the side buttons are very hard to push to activate the phone. The wallet seems a little loose. Hope it doesn't fall off.

I like how thin the case is and the ability to add attachments, but the case is very slick. I switched from the defender line, which has the rubber outter shell that adds additional protection as well as a better grip to surfaces. With the universe case I have to be careful when putting down the phone as it can more easily be knocked off of surfaces.

I purchased mine a month ago and love it! Great protection with lots of extra's. I already enjoy and has used the attachable Power Pack it's great for long outings when an extra battery is needed. I have also used the tripod great for making videos and taking special pictures. I also have the wallet attachment which is excellent for jogging or times when you don't have a need for carrying your entire wallet it holds your ID, credit card and some cash with ease. It's a great case that can do everything you need with some excellent attachments that are all simple to switch.

I bought the Universe case for the 6+ and the olloclips fit sloppy on the case. There was a special olloclip that was supposed to specifically fit the universe case, however it never really worked the way it should have. After seeing and hearing about the modifications made to the 7+ camera and olloclips, I was looking forward to the new Universe case with the new olloclips, however, they don't fit :( a major bummer. Also, I bought the tripod that goes with the Universe case. Unfortunately the screw mount covers the lightning port on the phone, so I can't use a charger, or microphone while using the tripod. Over all, I have to say that I feel like the Universe case & products that go along with it (tripod, wallet, olloclip, extended battery were just rushed to market and not thought out very well. I won't use this case very often unless I decide to keep it for the battery add-on.

I have been using this case for a few weeks, it is a perfect fit. I like that it is thin, the 7+ is big enough without needing more bulk. The speakers, n wallet work excellent, the car mount needs a stronger magnet, but excellent quality compared to other vent mounts.

Solid case, seems to protect well. The buttons are harder to push than is comfortable, but they work. I love the universe concept and use the wallet, speaker and really like the tripod. Feels slim in the hand and not to bulky.

I love Otterbox so I keep buying them. But neither of the two cases I've ordered had a screen protector with it. This really disappoints me and I wish I would have waited for another brand.

The case does not protect the bottom of the phone which is really odd. I purchased the rechargeable battery and it really doesnt give much of a charge to the phone.

I purchased this case because I have the same one for my iPhone 6s work phone and I love it, only problem with this iPhone 7plus case is the volume buttons are hard to push and the power button is nearly impossible to push. I think this was rushed into production and the proper tooling wasn't done during manufacturing. I will be returning this case because for $50 it better be perfect and this just isn't. I do want this case just not in its current quality as far as the buttons being hard to push. hopefully the one I received is a fluke because I do like otterbox cases

I have had this case for my iPhone 7 plus now for a few weeks and so far it seems to be working well. I haven't really dropped it to say much about its ability for save the phone but the accessories are pretty cool, unfortunately the iPhone 7 and 7 plus are so new that not all accessories for the older models are available for the new ones but I am sure they are working on it. I would have preferred if the bottom was more covered because it makes me nervous that if I drop the phone on to an uneven surface that if it hits bottom first that the case won't do anything to protect the phone. Also I think the case would be improved if there was a rubber textered strip on the outer edge of the case, especially for the 7 plus with it being such a large phone it is annoying that the case is as hard to grip firmly as it is. Other then that the case seems to do what it needs to do.

Just bought this from the website hoping that it would fit my needs and it works. I like the rubber top edge and side that makes it easy to grip. It isn't bulky and sits nicely in my hand. Can't wait to buy the options that go with it.

I received my case and speakers last week and I am so glad I purchased them. I thought I would test them out for our program officers to see if they might use them in the future for potential conference calls and I am sure this is a solution to our problem. The case is not that heavy, but it keeps my iPhone protected. I have already dropped my phone about 5 times and it has not broken yet. And the speakers you attach to this case work absolutely wonderful! I wouldn't trade it for anything. Keeps the charge and music sounds great. Conference calls are loud and clear now. It's perfect. Love it! I am glad I came across this case and there are other attachments also! Check it out.
