Bought OtterBox cooler with a compromised latch, which had a hairline split on the rubbers and I'll replace the strap. Latch has since completely broke apart. Search to find if I can replace the latch with no success.

I have otter rewards and for every otter sale is worth 5 points. I saved and sold great product, once I made 1,000 points ( 1,000= a venture 45) I cashed in my points and .......waited several months (venture 45 was on back order) but once I got it, it was the best ever!!! Worth every sale I made. Needless to say, I'm saving points again!

Regrettably, I decided to buy into the OtterBox Venture System. I received my complete order yesterday, Saturday, September 18th, 2021, from OtterBox. Three things are bothering me about my purchase. (1) Quality control, The top lid of the cooler, on the left side where the latch attaches, appears separated, curling slightly away from each other as if the lid could/may peel apart from there. I understand that this is an injection molded process and not a rotomolded cooler. But it should not have left the factory with such a defect. (2) The included, bottle opener does not attach to the outside of the cooler, it appears that during the manufacturing process the clip was over bent not allowing it to fit behind the plastic of the accessory spot, or the metal should be longer to fit and slide behind. This is huge for me as I only drink beer that does not have twist-off tops. I know it's cool to call it an accessory, but can we just all agree that we as consumers, expect this on our coolers. My $90 Walmart cooler has it. My $200 Driftsun has it... But my new OtterBox Venture 45 does not??? and the included accessory does not work on my $500plus cooler with all the accesories I bought? (3) Stickers??? I watched every video, and read every review about coolers, every unboxing of this cooler showed the impressive stickers that came with it. I did so much research, I ended up buying three different coolers, even the Yeti Tumbler included a sticker. Spent over $500 on the Otterbox Venture cooler with accessories including the wheel kit and separator on Amazon, NOT A SINGLE STICKER... :( where can I get these stickers?? :( If this company wasn't based in Colorado, I wouldn't be complaining. Stickers are huge there!!! Telluride, Crested Butte, Ouray all have them on anything that has a surface. Most shops give away stickers. Hopefully, you understand my concerns. Possibly this was a returned product? Demo product? Factory Second? This may explain the missing stickers, the unusable bottle opener, and the separating lid... The box appears to have been opened and retaped and the Dry tray and bottle opener were just laying inside the cooler not wrapped or labeled, with just the cooler instructions. Regretfully, Ramsey

I am a permanent tent camper and have been using it non-stop for 4 weeks now. It's ice keeping abilities is comparable to a Yeti. The non foldable handles make it take up more room to pack is the down side

The coolers attachment points do not work. Called otter box and they told me I can mail it in for them to look at it, but would be on the hook for finding a box to ship it in. If the cooler coast <$100 I would have been fine with this. But when a ?premium? cooler is manufactured poorly like this it really leaves a bad taste in your mouth. Positives: retains ice well, closes easily. Cons: pricey, not manufactured to function as advertised.

Love the cooler but the drain plug is tough to make seal proof. Kept leaking until I wrenched on it with pliers. Now I am not sure if I can get off. Other reviews had same drain plug threading issues.

I got the Venture 25 on sale for $115. Best money I've spend on a cooler. I've got a Yeti and Rtic as well and the OtterBox holds ice longer than those two combined and this is in 90+ degree weather in S Georgia. I love the design as it is wider and not top heavy like similar size coolers that will tend to tip over on turns. Would 100% recommend!

So I?ve had my OtterBox Tan/Orange Camo Cooler for at least a year now and still works great, I use mine for work and play. Great Cooler i just wish I had bought the plain color cooler, the camo on top of the cooler is peeling and had been for a while and makes the cooler Ugly, Other than that it?s a Great Cooler.

Doesnt keep ice more than 2-3 days and the finish get easily dirty and wont clean off. Not good performance at this price point.

I won this in an otterbox contest, let me rephrase I saved up a bunch of points over the course of two years to redeem this bad boy. I love it, it is a bit big so not great for trips that involve lots of gear and hiking but for a nice day at the beach or a drive up campground this is great. I could fit a weeks worth of food in there as well as drinks. It comes with a bottle opener too, which was a respectable touch. I will say I got the all white one and after one camping trip it is extremely dirty so beware of that, nothing that a little water and soap can't take care off. We let the ice melt all the way and there was no leaking out of the bottom. Really recommend this. I've owed multiple coolers, including Yeti and this otterbox takes the cake.

I wasn?t sure about spending this much on a cooler, but I don?t regret it at all. I used block ice for an 8 day road trip, and after 2 or 3 restocks with beer and food there was still ice left in the cooler 4 days after we got back. Yep, 12 days, still some ice floating around. It does what it says on the box. The handles do protrude a bit, which might be an issue if you have tight storage in your trunk, but not an issue for our wagon.

Purchased the Venture 45 Back Trail directly from the Otterbox website on March 18, and promptly received it on March 26. Overall initial impressions were that it is a great looking cooler, well built, and ergonomically designed. Packed the cooler with food/drink and ice for three people for a day's surf fishing in NW Florida. Cooler remained in the back of my truck all day in full sun, 75 degrees, and was only opened once to transfer a few items to a smaller cooler for easier transport down to the beach. Returned home after 12 hours and did not notice any significant reduction in ice. Performance is what I would expect from a cooler in this price category. There are many high end coolers in this price range that I considered when shopping for a cooler. What drew me to this particular cooler were the outstanding reviews this cooler has received, the "modular" design that allows for the attachment/inclusion of multiple accessories, the fact that it is made in the USA, and the "limited lifetime warranty". After I received the cooler and read through the fine print of the warranty booklet, I was greatly disappointed to learn that what Otterbox considers the lifetime of the product is actually just 5 years, which falls short of the true lifetime warranties offered by several other premium cooler companies that also make their products in the USA. I feel this is a little misleading to the consumer, and with what appears to be a very rock-solid cooler, it seems a true lifetime warranty would be fitting for this product line.

This cooler really holds ice (especially if you pre chill it). This cooler will keep ice frozen for days when it is sealed. I also love the American flag skin on the top.

This is my second OtterBox cooler. I got a Venture 45 a month ago as a gift and was so impressed that I bought the smaller 25 as well. Love them. A little big and bulky but they perform as advertised! I live in Central Florida and these compete very well if not better than the Yeti coolers and are a bit more versatile as well. Worth the purchase!

This is the second otterbox cooler I've purchased. I love them both so much! The 65 is for the truck the 25 is for the car. Keeps ice for 2 weeks, and the colors and designs are on key. I have also used otterbox phone cases for years. Quality for sure!

I bought this a month ago for a necessary cross country trip. I filled it with with about 53 pounds of ice and fed the ice a smaller cooler with food. I made it from Michigan to Alaska in six days and still had plenty of ice. I was able to avoid stopping along the way for any additional ice or groceries.
